技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工程用生态格网结构,该结构被使用于水利、交通、市政、园林等工程中,是护岸和支挡结构的主体工程材料。
背景技术
传统的护岸和支挡结构使用水泥等凝结物筑成,但是由于其刚性的特点,不能适应基础的不均匀沉降,所以需要特殊的基础处理,占用了大量的建设费用,而且没有生态效果,阻隔了水体的自然流动,降低了水体的自净能力,影响了水下生物的生存环境。而采用生态格网结构的新型护岸结构有效地解决了这些问题,因此被广泛地运用于边坡防护工程中。使用生态格网网片生产成按照不同需要的组合体,在中间填充块石,形成整体性好的大型结构,是传统护岸和支挡结构的替代结构。普通生态格网网片没有加强钢丝,易变形,不适用于强度要求大的场合。

本实用新型提供一种在垂直于编织方向设置横向加强钢丝的生态格网网片,其目的在于提供一种防止网片变形,具有更高抗拉强度,并且提高网片和周围附属结构摩擦系数的新型网片。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:

本实用新型的有益之处在于:由于在垂直于编织方向插入加强钢丝,使在这个方向的网片的抗拉强度大大增强,网片的抗变形能力大大增加,网片表面的糙率大大增强。更加适合在工程中使用。

具体实施方式
如图2所示一种带横向加强钢丝的生态格网网片,包括边丝2和网丝1。如图1、2所示各网孔的双线铰合部分由两根钢丝网丝1缠绕而成,加强钢丝3在编织过程中穿过这两根缠绕着的钢丝网丝1,形成结构后不能分离。加强钢丝3的设置可以根据实际需要在顺编织方向上逐个网孔穿插,也可不逐个网孔穿插。
