背景技术
造型粉炸药生产中需对产品进行钝化工艺操作,钝化机运行时,造型粉炸药颗粒与颗粒之间、颗粒与筒壁之间、颗粒与导流板之间发生摩擦产生静电,若静电积累,易产生静电火花而发生爆炸。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有钝化机进行造型粉炸药生产时静电积累易产生火花发生爆炸的问题,提供了一种钝化机导静电装置。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:钝化机导静电装置,包括固定在电机上的支架,支架上固定有上端开口的碳刷筒,碳刷筒的上部设置有与钝化转筒外表面接触的碳刷,碳刷与碳刷筒底部之间设置有弹簧,碳刷筒上连接有导静电线。
钝化机作业过程中,钝化转筒内的造型粉炸药摩擦产生的静电通过碳刷传递给碳刷筒及导静电线,导静电线将静电导致导静电网络,进而消除钝化转筒内造型粉炸药的静电;同时通过弹簧的作用,使得碳刷磨损后依然能与钝化转筒紧密的接触,克服了现有钝化机进行造型粉炸药生产时静电积累易产生火花发生爆炸的问题。
本实用新型结构设计合理可靠,通过增设碳刷及导静电线彻底将钝化转筒内造型粉炸药的静电消除,不易产生火花,避免了爆炸现象的发生,具有结构巧妙、制造简单且成本低的优点。
