一种电机碳刷,包括壳体(1)以及铜套(2),壳体(1)内开有环形凹槽(11),环形凹槽(11)内设有第一弹簧(12),铜套(2)穿设于第一弹簧(12),铜套(2)内穿设有碳刷(3),壳体(1)的内底部设有铜盖板(13),碳刷(3)与铜盖板(13)之间设有铜绞线(14),碳刷(3)的底部设有减震片(31),铜绞线(14)外部套设有第二弹簧(15)。上述电机碳刷,通过套设于铜套上的第一弹簧,减小了碳刷受到的摩擦力的力矩,保证了整个结构的稳定性,增长了碳刷的使用寿命,该碳刷上设有滑槽,且在铜套内壁上设有限位块,在限位块的作用下,碳刷不易脱落,且碳刷可以上下滑动更加顺畅。

一种电机碳刷 技术领域
本发明涉及电机技术领域,具体涉及一种电机碳刷。
背景技术
现有技术中的碳刷结构简单,碳刷在使用过程中,碳刷会滑出支架掉落,使用不方便。现在的碳刷都是采用集成封装的,更换起来比较麻烦。碳刷是电动机或发电机的固定部分和传动部分之间传递能量或信号的装置,电机在转动时,由于弹簧和集电环分别与碳刷的两端接触,所以距离比较远,所以集电环对碳刷产生的摩擦力相对弹簧的力矩会比较大,长时间使用后,也不利于电刷整个结构的稳定。在生产过程中,常常发生刷辫线从碳刷本体上松脱,导致碳刷烧损,影响了电机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电机碳刷,解决上述现有技术中的一个或者是多个。
本发明提供的一种电机碳刷,包括壳体以及铜套,壳体内开有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设有第一弹簧,铜套穿设于第一弹簧,铜套内穿设有碳刷,壳体的内底部设有铜盖板,碳刷与铜盖板之间设有铜绞线,碳刷的底部设有减震片,铜绞线外部套设有第二弹簧。
在一些实施方式中,碳刷的侧壁上开有滑槽,铜套的内壁上设有可于滑槽内滑行的限位滑块。
在一些实施方式中,壳体的底部开有缺口,缺口内螺纹连接有底盖。
本发明提供的一种电机碳刷,通过套设于铜套上的第一弹簧,减小了碳刷受到的摩擦力的力矩,保证了整个结构的稳定性,增长了碳刷的使用寿命,该碳刷上设有滑槽,且在铜套内壁上设有限位块,在限位块的作用下,碳刷不易脱落,且碳刷可以上下滑动更加顺畅。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种电机碳刷,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明作详细介绍:
如图1、2所示,本发明提供的一种电机碳刷,包括壳体1以及铜套2,壳体1内开有环形凹槽11,环形凹槽11内设有第一弹簧12,铜套2穿设于第一弹簧12,铜套2的顶部向外延伸有挡板21,挡板21的底面抵住第一弹簧12的顶部。铜套2内穿设有碳刷3,碳刷3的侧壁上开有滑槽4,铜套2的内壁上设有可于滑槽4内滑行的限位滑块5,为了结构稳定,可以在碳刷3上相对应于滑槽4的位置再开设一道滑槽,在铜套2上与之对应的设有限位滑块,组成双滑槽以及双限位滑块。壳体1的内底部设有铜盖板13,碳刷3与铜盖板13之间设有铜绞线14,碳刷3的底部贴设有减震片31,减震片31通过粘连剂粘贴于碳刷3的底面,减震片31能减小电机工作时的震动,从而减小电机工作产生的噪音,提高电机工作的稳定性和使用的寿命。铜绞线14外部套设有第二弹簧15,第二弹簧15减少铜绞线14弯折的次数,增加其寿命。壳体1的底部开有缺口10,缺口10内螺纹连接有底盖6,只需通过底盖6的拆卸就能完成对碳刷的更换,非常方便。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种电机碳刷,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)以及铜套(2),所述壳体(1)内开有环形凹槽(11),所述环形凹槽(11)内设有第一弹簧(12),所述铜套(2)穿设于所述第一弹簧(12),所述铜套(2)内穿设有碳刷(3),所述壳体(1)的内底部设有铜盖板(13),所述碳刷(3)与所述铜盖板(13)之间设有铜绞线(14),所述碳刷(3)的底部设有减震片(31),所述铜绞线(14)外部套设有第二弹簧(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机碳刷,其特征在于,所述碳刷(3)的侧壁上开有滑槽(4),所述铜套(2)的内壁上设有可于所述滑槽(4)内滑行的限位滑块(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机碳刷,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的底部开有缺口(10),所述缺口(10)内螺纹连接有底盖(6)。
