本实用新型公开了一种电缆包装盘，包括筒体，筒体的两端分别安装有盘体，筒体内壁安装有内衬筒，盘体的外壁设有与内衬筒焊接一体的加强筋，加强筋汇合中心焊接有轴座；筒体上设有穿孔，盘体靠近环壁处开有出线孔，出线孔外的盘体外壁上铰接有保护罩。本实用新型结构设计合理，通过在筒体上设有穿孔，方便绕线，在盘体的外壁上设有出线孔和保护罩，有效的保护了线缆端头露出部分在装运过程中免受擦、碰、撞等机械损伤，此外也提高了包装盘的机械强度。

本实用新型涉及电缆包装技术，尤其涉及一种电缆包装盘。
背景技术：
电线电缆绕到包装盘上时其端头必须露出电缆包装盘的盘体外300mm以上，对于软结构或截面较小电缆，其露出部分很容易弯曲固定在包装盘侧板（侧板为盘体形）上，而对于截面较大的电力电缆，其露出部分不容易弯曲，而在装运过程中很容易被擦伤或损坏。
如何保护电缆端头露出部分在装运过程中免受擦、碰、撞等机械损伤，确保电缆包装的安全性、防护性是亟待解决的问题。
此外，原先包装盘的结构强度相对较差，在构成包装盘的模板受潮时极易变形，使得线缆的收到损伤。

针对现有技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种电缆包装盘，结构设计合理，有效地解决了电缆端头露出部分在装运过程中的受损。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
电缆包装盘，包括筒体，筒体的两端分别安装有盘体，其特征在于：所述的筒体内壁安装有内衬筒，盘体的外壁设有与内衬筒焊接一体的加强筋，加强筋汇合中心焊接有轴座；所述的筒体上设有穿孔，所述的盘体靠近环壁处开有出线孔，出线孔外的盘体外壁上铰接有保护罩。
所述的电缆包装盘，其特征在于：所述的保护罩采用表面镀锌钢板冲压制成。

电缆包装盘，包括筒体1，筒体1的两端分别安装有盘体2，筒体1内壁安装有内衬筒3，盘体2的外壁设有与内衬筒3焊接一体的加强筋4，在绕线的过程中筒体1不会变形，加强筋4汇合中心焊接有轴座5；筒体1上靠近与盘体2交接处设有穿孔6，绕电缆时，电缆线与筒体1的内圈绕线穿入穿孔中方便盘绕，盘体2靠近环壁处开有出线孔7，筒体1上的电缆线绕满时，端线头从出线孔7中穿出，出线孔7外的盘体2外壁上铰接有保护罩8。
保护罩8采用表面镀锌钢板冲压制成，确保电缆包装的安全性、防护性。

1.一种电缆包装盘，包括筒体，筒体的两端分别安装有盘体，其特征在于：所述的筒体内壁安装有内衬筒，盘体的外壁设有与内衬筒焊接一体的加强筋，加强筋汇合中心焊接有轴座；所述的筒体上设有穿孔，所述的盘体靠近环壁处开有出线孔，出线孔外的盘体外壁上铰接有保护罩。
