Abstract

本实用新型涉及太阳能转换技术,公开了一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,该用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒进一步包括T型圈(8)、中空的花篮(7)、螺母(6)和铆接在电缆(5)端部的端子(4)。本实用新型的作用是:通过螺母和花篮的配合将T型圈紧密压紧在壳体接口处,并与线缆紧密压合,有效的保证了接线盒与电缆连接处的密封性,具有良好的防水、防潮、防尘的效果,螺母和花篮是针对线缆进行固定,使端子与导电部件的相对位置非常固定,不会因外部线缆的摆动而影响端子与导电部件的接触,保证了其良好的连接稳定性;另外,本实用新型结构简单,安装操作简便,效果持久稳定,并且对部件和线缆均无损伤。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能转换技术,尤其涉及一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒。 
背景技术
太阳能,因其本身无公害且又容易取得、永不耗尽,故太阳能正逐步的取代传统的煤炭能源。而太阳能转换组件中,太阳能电池模块应用最为广泛,无论是需大型发电的工厂企业,还是需小型发电的家庭等都适用。 
现有技术中用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒与电缆的连接却存在两个问题:一是接线盒内部的导电部件与外接的电缆连接导通性无法长期保值,主要是因为外部电缆经常会存在移动或摆动,导致电缆与导电部件的接触处存在磨损;二是接线盒与电缆的连接处由于电缆的摆动,导致其密封性难以保持长久,导致接线盒内部的部件容易受湿热、湿冷和热循环等因素的影响,不能正常运作。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,以期望可以解决现有接线盒与线缆连接处密封不稳定,接线盒与线缆的连接处容易受到损伤的问题。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是: 
一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,包括可以匹配的壳体和上盖,壳体内安装有导电部件和二极管,该用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒进一步包括T型圈、中空的花篮、螺母和铆接在电缆端部的端子,所述的T型圈的小端套装在花篮内,花篮套装在螺母内,壳体上开有与螺母相匹配的接口,T型圈的大端密封紧 压在接口处并由螺母固定,所述的端子穿过T型圈、花篮和螺母与位于壳体内的导电部件相连接。 
为使本实用新型起到更好的技术效果: 
更进一步的技术方案是上述的花篮面向壳体的端面呈波浪曲面,所述的接口处设有与花篮面向壳体的端面相互咬合的波浪曲面,花篮远离壳体的一端呈爪型,所述螺母的内壁呈逐渐向螺母中心轴线收缩的弧形,当端子插接到导电部件上后,旋紧螺母,花篮呈爪型的一端会逐渐向内收缩挤压T型圈,使T型圈将线缆紧固,不仅能起到密封的作用,还能在不损坏线缆的情况使端子和导电部件的连接不会因外部线缆的摇动而发生接触不良现象,而呈波浪曲面的端面与接口相互咬合后,可以防止在旋紧螺母时,花篮跟随转动造成的磨损。 
更进一步的技术方案是上述的花篮的爪型由至少三个爪条构成,爪条的端部设有与螺母弧形的内壁相适配的凸出部,这种花篮在满足其夹紧T型圈的功能的同时,简化了结构,制作成本更低。 
更进一步的技术方案是上述的壳体和上盖相互盖合处设有密封圈,保证整个接线盒的密封性。 
更进一步的技术方案是上述的导电部件是通过上罩固定在壳体内,上罩将导电部件牢固在壳体既能防止其松动造成接触不良和影响密封性,又方便拆卸更换。 
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:通过螺母和花篮的配合将T型圈紧密压紧在壳体接口处,并与线缆紧密压合,有效的保证了接线盒与电缆连接处的密封性,具有良好的防水、防潮、防尘的效果,螺母和花篮是针对线缆进行固定,使端子与导电部件的相对位置非常固定,不会因外部线缆的摆动而影响端子与导电部件的接触,保证了其良好的连接稳定性;另外,本实用新型结构简单,安装操作简便,效果持久稳定,并且对部件和线缆均无损伤。

下面本实用新型做进一步详细描述: 
如图1所示:一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,包括可以匹配的壳体10和上盖11,壳体10内安装有导电部件3和二极管9,该用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒进一步包括T型圈8、中空的花篮7、螺母6和铆接在电缆5端部的端子4,所述的T型圈8的小端套装在花篮7内,花篮7套装在螺母6内,壳体10上开有与螺母6相匹配的接口12,T型圈8的大端密封紧压在接口12处并由螺母6固定,所述的端子4穿过T型圈8、花篮7和螺母6与位于壳体10内的导电部件3相连接。本实施方式中:如图2所示,花篮7面向壳体10的端面71呈波浪曲面,所述的接口12处设有与花篮7面向壳体10的端面71相互咬合的波浪曲面,花篮7远离壳体10的一端呈爪型,所述螺母6的内壁呈逐渐向螺母6中心轴线收缩的弧形,当端子4插接到导电部件3上后,旋紧螺母6,花篮7呈爪型的一端会逐渐向内收缩挤压T型圈8,使T型圈8将线缆5紧固,不仅能起到密封的作用,还能在不损坏线缆5的情况使端子4和导电部件3的连接不会因外部线缆5的摇动而发生接触不良现象,而呈波浪曲面的端面71与接口12相互咬合后,可以防止在旋紧螺母6时,花篮7跟随转动造成的磨损;花篮7的爪型由八个爪条72构成,爪条72的端部设有与螺母6弧形的内壁相适配的凸出部73,这种花篮7在满足其夹紧T型圈8的功能的同时,简化了结构,制作成本更低;壳体10和上盖11相互盖合处设有密封圈1,保证整个接线盒的密封性;导电部件3是通过上罩2固定在壳体10内,上罩2将导电部件3牢固在壳体10既能防止其松动造成接触不良和影响密封性,又方便拆卸更换。 
结合图3的使用状态示意图可知:通过螺母6和花篮7的配合将T型圈8 紧密压紧在接口12处,并与线缆5紧密压合,有效的保证了壳体10与电缆5连接处的密封性,具有良好的防水、防潮、防尘的效果,螺母6和花篮7是针对线缆5进行固定的,使端子4与导电部件3的相对位置非常固定,不会因外部线缆的摆动而影响端子4与导电部件3的接触,保证了其良好的连接稳定性。 

Claims (5)

1.一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,包括可以匹配的壳体(10)和上盖(11),壳体(10)内安装有导电部件(3)和二极管(9),其特征在于:该用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒进一步包括T型圈(8)、中空的花篮(7)、螺母(6)和铆接在电缆(5)端部的端子(4),所述的T型圈(8)的小端套装在花篮(7)内,花篮(7)套装在螺母(6)内,壳体(10)上开有与螺母(6)相匹配的接口(12),T型圈(8)的大端密封紧压在接口(12)处并由螺母(6)固定,所述的端子(4)穿过T型圈(8)、花篮(7)和螺母(6)与位于壳体(10)内的导电部件(3)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,其特征在于:所述的花篮(7)面向壳体(10)的端面(71)呈波浪曲面,所述的接口(12)处设有与花篮(7)面向壳体(10)的端面(71)相互咬合的波浪曲面,花篮(7)远离壳体(10)的一端呈爪型,所述螺母(6)的内壁呈逐渐向螺母(6)中心轴线收缩的弧形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,其特征在于:所述的花篮(7)的爪型由至少3个爪条(72)构成,爪条(72)的端部设有与螺母(6)弧形的内壁相适配的凸出部(73)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,其特征在于:所述的壳体(10)和上盖(11)相互盖合处设有密封圈(1)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于太阳能电池模块的接线盒,其特征在于:所述的导电部件(3)是通过上罩(2)固定在壳体(10)内。
