电力远距离输送,通常采用电缆,一种常见的高架电缆通常采用钢芯铝绞线,它由钢丝和导电铝丝两个重要部分组成。钢丝的作用是承担整个电缆的悬空载荷,铝丝起导电作用。钢丝的优点是具有强的承载能力,但缺点是自身的重量大,抗拉强度小,钢芯的热膨胀系数大。如果再考虑电线附有冰雪或承受强风作用,抵抗外力能力差,对带有沉重电缆的悬空支架有很高的要求,要求悬空支架不仅强,而且刚度要好,并且悬空支架的高度足够高,这给电力输送带来了极大的成本负担。因此急需一种自身重量轻、抗拉强度大、耐高温、耐腐蚀的电缆。

本实用新型提供一种复合材料碳纤维电缆,具有自身重量轻、抗拉强度大、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种复合材料碳纤维电缆,包括中心处的碳纤维芯线,其碳纤维芯线外设置有导热绝缘护套,导热绝缘护套内设置有石英质导热层;所述导热绝缘护套外缠绕有导电铜丝,导电铜丝通过连接卡扣连接碳纤维芯线;所述导电铜丝外包裹有细铝线编织成的屏蔽网,屏蔽网外设置有电缆外皮,电缆外皮内设置有塑料线。
