背景技术
传统的大钢模板拼接均为直角边拼接，接缝为直缝，采用回型卡子固定连接。这种直角边构造和拼接方式有其局限性，因为大钢模板的刚度有局限性，易变形，回型卡子也不易卡紧，从而导致钢模接缝不严密，造成漏浆，使得混凝土墙表面出现蜂窝、麻面、不密实，影响混凝土的质量。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种接缝严密的大钢模拼接装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种大钢模拼接装置，包括大钢模A和大钢模B，其特征在于：所述大钢模A和大钢模B的拼接处通过螺栓连接固定，且大钢模A和大钢模B的拼接处为Y型子母口形状，所述大钢模A和大钢模B的Y型子母口处嵌有圆柱形泡沫棒。
本实用新型的优点在于：子母口采用Y型，在模板边加设Y型板，并在其中设置圆柱形泡沫棒，模板硬拼缝与止水泡沫棒双重控制大墙面的接缝严密，更能有效地防止模板接缝处的漏浆通病，确保不漏浆。

如图1所示，包括大钢模A1和大钢模B2，在大钢模A1和大钢模B2的拼接处通过螺栓4连接固定，且大钢模A1和大钢模B2的拼接处设置Y型板，使得接缝为Y型子母口形状，并在大钢模A1和大钢模B2的Y型子母口处嵌有圆柱形泡沫棒3。
