本实用新型涉及一种电池制片机的极片放卷装置,其特征在于:包括:膨胀圈、气涨轴,所述的膨胀圈内侧设有气胀轴,膨胀圈外侧连接极片卷,膨胀圈为圆管状,其管壁均分为3-6等份。由于在制片机的放卷轴上设有气涨轴,使电池的极片卷安装拆卸更加方便快捷;使该装置的结构变得更加简单,由于结构简单,不易出故障,性能更加稳定。

本实用新型涉及一种生产电池的机械部件,特别是涉及一种电池制片机的极片放卷装置。 
背景技术
电池制片机的极片放卷装置用于电池制片机缠绕极片的放卷装置,即极片供给的放卷装置,通过放卷板极片缠绕成电池芯,目前这种放卷装置极片卷的径向定位是通过螺母的左右移动推动外锥套左右移动,带动内锥套沿着锥套的外锥面上下移动来实现极片卷的夹紧松开,这种装置结构复杂,调整费工费时,工作效率低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种电池制片机的极片放卷装置,工作效率高。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种电池制片机的极片放卷装置,其特征在于:包括:膨胀圈、气涨轴,所述的膨胀圈内侧设有气胀轴,膨胀圈外侧连接极片卷,膨胀圈为圆管状,其管壁均分为3-6等份。 
本实用新型的有益效果:由于在制片机的放卷轴上设有气涨轴,使电池的极片卷安装拆卸更加方便快捷;使该装置的结构变得更加简单,由于结构简单,不易出故障,性能更加稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为传统的电池制片机的极片放卷装置的示意图,其螺母5的左右调整来保证极片卷的夹紧松开,螺母5的左右移动推动外锥套4左右移动,带动内锥套8沿着锥套的外锥面向外做扩展移动来实现极片卷1的夹紧松开。极片卷的轴向定位是通过螺母6的左右调整来实现的。螺母6的左右移动带动整套处于夹紧状态的极片卷,沿着主轴11轴向上的平键来实现位置选择。压簧10及O型圈7起预压缩作用,保证能在一定范围内调整极片卷的位置。这种装置结构复杂,调整费工费时,工作效率低。 
如图2、图3所示,本实用新型包括:膨胀圈2、气涨轴3,所述的膨胀圈内侧设有气胀轴,膨胀圈外侧连接极片卷1,膨胀圈2为圆管状,其管壁均等分为3-6等份,在本实施例中管壁均等设为3等份,使用中当气涨轴3充入高压气,气涨轴膨胀使膨胀圈向外扩展,膨胀圈挤紧套入的极片卷得到定位,一卷使用完,可放气,进行另一卷的安装,充气得到定位,操作非常方便。
