本实用新型公开的一种减爆内胎,包括内胎本体和加固层,内胎本体在胎筒接头处设有加固层,内胎本体与加固层固定连接为一整体。通过对内胎爆胎位置统计,内胎爆胎位于胎筒接头处为最多。针对胎筒接头处为最容易发生爆胎,本实用新型公开的内胎本体硫化前在胎筒接头处设有加固层,加固层为生胶。内胎本体与加固层通过粘胶固定连接为一整体。内胎本体与加固层粘接牢固后,再进行硫化处理,使内胎本体与加固层为一整体。经过硫化后,内胎本体胎筒接头处牢固厚实,胎筒接头处爆胎几率降低。
