背景技术
PET离型膜是热转印常用到的一种材料,底材是PET,经过涂布硅油而成所以也叫硅油膜。常规厚度从25um至150um。有冷热撕和光哑面之分,经过防静电和防划伤处理,产品具有很好的吸附性和贴合性。PET离型膜现已被广泛应包装、印刷、丝印、移印、铭板、薄膜开关、柔性线路、绝缘制品、线路板、激光防伪、贴合、电子、密封材料用膜、反光材料、防水材料、医药(膏药用纸)、卫生用纸、胶粘制品、模切冲型加工等行业领域。
现如今,大多数的PET离型膜存在着剥离力不均匀、表面不够光滑、强度低、耐热效果不佳等缺点。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种剥离力均匀、表面光滑、强度高且耐热效果好的PET离型膜。
一种PET离型膜,包括离形涂层、PET膜和聚酯薄膜,所述的离型涂层涂覆于PET膜上下表面,聚酯薄膜复合于离形涂层外侧。
优选地,所述的PET膜厚度为0.1mm-0.25mm。
优选地,所述的离型涂层厚度为0.005mm-0.01mm。
优选地,所述的聚酯薄膜厚度为0.01mm-0.015mm。

1、    离型涂层涂覆于PET膜上下表面,使PET离型膜的剥离力较为均匀且强度增加;
