背景技术
精馏操作结束时，利用泵将精馏塔中的物料抽吸到成品槽中，但由于成品槽上标注的极限液位线不准而造的成品槽泄露事故，屡有发生，而泄露出来的成品有对环境造成了污染。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种精馏塔出料装置，具有安全系数高的特点。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种精馏塔出料装置，包括精馏塔、泵和成品槽，所述精馏塔出料口通过连接管连接到成品槽，所述泵串接在连接管上，其创新点在于：所述成品槽上增设溢流管，所述溢流管连接到小成品槽上。
本实用新型的优点在于：通过在成品槽下一级再接一个小成品槽的方式，从而避免了由于成品槽液位不准而造成的泄露，避免了对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
图1所示的精馏塔出料装置包括精馏塔1、泵2和成品槽3，所述精馏塔出料口4通过连接管5连接到成品槽3，所述泵2串接在连接管5上，为弥补成品槽液位不准而造成的泄露，在所述成品槽5上增设溢流管6，所述溢流管6连接到小成品槽7上。
精馏塔出料时，物料经泵2将成品物料抽吸到成品槽3中，当成品槽中成品接近至极限液位线时，若成品槽3已满，则多下的少量的成品将通过溢流管6溢流到小成品槽7中。
