背景技术
如图1所示,现有的不间断电源的电池一般都安装在机箱里的电池固定架内,而电池固定架为一个整体部件,通过螺栓,其顶端与电路板连接固定,右侧与电池固定板连接固定,左侧和底端与机箱外壳连接固定。这种结构造成的问题是:在检修或更换电池时,需要将整个电池固定架从各个连接部件上分离、取出,然后还需要打开电池固定架才可接触到电池。
发明内容
针对现有不间断电源机箱所存在的上述结构问题,本实用新型公开了一种不间断电源机箱,通过缩短电路板的长度,将电路板与电池固定架完全分离,可以很方便地对电池进行检修或更换。
本实用新型采取了如下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种不间断电源机箱,包括电池固定架和电路板,其特征是:电池固定架和电路板完全分离;电池固定架的顶端为一活动板,通过螺钉安装在电池固定架上;电路板安装在电池固定架的斜上方,其长度不影响活动板的拆解。
检修或更换电池时,只需拧开螺钉将电池固定架顶端的活动板取下即可接触电池进行所需操作。
本实用新型的有益效果是:跟之前的不间断电源机箱检修或更换电池时需要几乎将整台机器分解的繁琐过程相比,采用本实用新型的机箱只需拧开几个螺钉取下一块电池固定板就可完成,操作起来方便、省时、省力。

本实用新型公开了一种不间断电源机箱,包括电池固定架1和电路板2,其特征是:电池固定架1和电路板2完全分离开来;电池固定架1的顶端为一活动板101,通过螺钉安装在电池固定架1上;电路板2安装在电池固定架1的斜上方,其长度不影响活动板101的拆解。
当需要检修或更换电池3时,只需拧开螺钉将电池固定架1顶端的活动板101取下即可接触电池3进行所需操作。
