随着我国现代化技术的研发,矿藏开采不断向深层和环境恶劣地区进军,各类矿井开采作业点日趋增多,且空间作业层次日益复杂多变,由于环境和气象因素作用,矿井用电缆有可能较长时间敷设在潮湿的环境下,水分子有可能径向透过护层侵入到电缆内部,被绝缘吸附吸引,而引起电气性能的下降,乃至产生障碍或误动作,造成不必要的损失甚至生命财产安全。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于为了适应现代技术装备要求,解决现有电缆不适合潮湿开采作业面使用的缺陷,提供一种矿用高速率阻水型信号测控电缆。
本实用新型包括相绞合的四根缆芯,在所述绞合的四根缆芯外依次设置第二阻水带绕包层、铝塑复合带粘结护层、铜带总屏蔽层、内护层、纵包皱纹钢带铠装层和外护层;在所述第二阻水带绕包层和四根缆芯之间设置阻水填充层;所述每根缆芯均包括互相绞合的两根绝缘导体,在所述绞合的两根绝缘导体外依次设置第一阻水带绕包层和铝箔屏蔽层;所述每根绝缘导体均包括镀锡铜丝束绞导体,在所述镀锡铜丝束绞导体外包裹交联聚烯烃绝缘层。
本实用新型采用膨胀型阻水带绕包层,铝塑复合带粘结护层及阻水带填充层,使得这种电缆具有很好的防潮功能。本实用新型结构合理,阻水性能好,提高了安全性,适用于长期敷设在深层和环境恶劣的各类矿井开采作业点中。
