节能蓄、换热蜂窝陶瓷热传导组合体,涉及节能蓄、换热结构。包括单元体,其特征在于:单元体高度缩短为20-40mm作为单层体,单层体的四面外壁的上端面向上连体延展2-8mm高度的凸起壁,组合体由若干个单层体层叠而成,相邻的下单层体的凸起壁的上端面与上单层体四面外壁的下端面之间设置有粘结层。优点在于:单元体改制成多层单层体的组合体,层与层之间形成一个空腔,改善了整个截面上气流分布,降低气流阻力;同时,节省纤维素、润滑剂,使原料成本降低,工艺简化。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及节能蓄、换热结构,特别是一种节能蓄、换热蜂窝陶瓷热传导组合体。 
背景技术:
化工生产中高温废气的排放先要将废气的热量交换给传导体以利于节能,而后废气再进行处理及排放,以利于环保要求。中国专利200720138699.3“新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体即公开了这种热传导体结构。这种结构常规形状为长方体或正方体外形,体内纵横排列均布若干个蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔形状多为方孔、矩形孔、六角孔。 
该专利蓄热体高度为50-300mm,而实际使用中所述的蓄热体仅作为一个单元体,在蓄、换热装置中将这些单元体纵横紧密排列,同时又是多层层叠形成蓄、换热整体,形成热传导体,这样上下两层蜂窝陶瓷热传导体的连接筋容易堵塞气流,增加气流的阻力,同时气流通过蜂窝陶瓷直孔时,没有水平方向的流动,无法保证横截面上气流的均匀性,所以造成实际的热回收率低。 
另一方面,现有蜂窝陶瓷单元体高度尺寸较大,使用一般陶瓷配方,要生产这种高度的单元体需要在陶瓷原料配方中添加纤维素、润滑剂来改善泥料性能,高度尺寸越大、添加料要求越多,否则在成型和烧成过程中,产品会产生开裂,影响产品质量,使生产成本提高。只有在产品高度小于50mm的时候才不必添加配料,而又能保证产品的成型和烧制。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种节能蓄、换热蜂窝陶瓷热传导组合体。 
本实用新型的方案是:包括单元体,其特征在于:单元体高度缩短为20-40mm作为单层体,单层体的四面外壁的上端面向上连体延展2-8mm高度的凸起壁,组合体由若干个单层体层叠而成,相邻的下单层体的凸起壁的上端面与上单层体四面外壁的下端面之间设置有粘结层。 
本实用新型的优点在于:单元体改制成多层单层体的组合体,层与层之间形成一个空腔,改善了整个截面上气流分布,降低气流阻力;同时,节省纤维素、润滑剂,使原料成本降低,工艺简化。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的结构包括单元体,其特征在于:单元体高度缩短为20-40mm作为单层体1,单层体1的四面外壁的上端面向上连体延展2-8mm高度的凸起壁,组合体由若干个单层体1层叠而成,相邻的下单层体1的凸起壁的上端面与上单层体1四面外壁的下端面之间设置有粘结层2。 
若单层体1不设置凸起壁,直接层叠粘结固定,则相邻两层之间孔位叠放必然产生错位的几何误差,缩小了过风面积。而多层叠放又加大了累积误差,过风面积又进一步缩小。增设凸起壁使上下孔位不接触,所产生的隔腔保证了过风面积不损失,又使过风时气流均匀交 换,提高了气流与陶瓷之间的传热性能。 
粘结剂是在成品单层体1凸起壁上端面与上层单层体1四壁下端面涂刷无机高温粘结剂后合层烘干,使多个单层体1固定对接。

1.节能蓄、换热蜂窝陶瓷热传导组合体,包括单元体,其特征在于:单元体高度缩短为20-40mm作为单层体(1),单层体(1)的四面外壁的上端面向上连体延展2-8mm高度的凸起壁,组合体由若干个单层体(1)层叠而成,相邻的下单层体(1)的凸起壁的上端面与上单层体(1)四面外壁的下端面之间设置有粘结层(2)。
