本实用新型涉及烘干设备，具体涉及碳纤维材料生产用烘干设备。 
背景技术
碳纤维材料是近年来开发的新产品。它由超细粉末材料和聚丙腈碳纤维两种成份混合组成，强度可高达250～560MPa，而一般普通粉末材料通常只有12MPa，这种粉末材料还具有重量轻、耐热性、阻燃性能好等优点，适用于各种土木建筑工程，是一种优良的结构材料，还可用于航天工程。碳纤维材料工艺流程是：1、破碎及预均化；2、生料制备；3、生料均化、筛选和分级；4、预热分解、干燥；5、粉末材料熟料的烧成；6、粉末材料粉磨；7、粉末材料包装。 
但是，现有的碳纤维材料生产用烘干机存在安全性差，烘干效果不理想的缺点。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机，本实用新型解决了现有的碳纤维材料生产用烘干机存在的安全性差，烘干效果不理想的问题。 
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机，包括烘干机体1和连接于烘干机体1前后端的机头2和机尾9；烘干机体1上安装有热风通道7，热风通道7上有 若干热风出口，风机8通过进风管连接热风通道7，进风管上安装有闸门6；风机8还通过回风管连接烘干机体1内；烘干机体1内设置有传动装置10，传动装置10上安装有传送的皮带3。 
进一步地，本实用新型的碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机，还具有如下特点：烘干机体1内还安装有温度测量仪器4和热电偶5。 
本实用新型的碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机具有结构简单，安全性好，烘干效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机，包括烘干机体1和连接于烘干机体1前后端的机头2和机尾9；烘干机体1上安装有热风通道7，热风通道7上有若干热风出口，风机8通过进风管连接热风通道7，进风管上安装有闸门6；风机8还通过回风管连接烘干机体1内；烘干机体1内设置有传动装置10，传动装置10上安装有传送的皮带3。 
烘干机体1内还安装有温度测量仪器4和热电偶5。 
碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机的结构及特点：物料由机头进入徐徐通过烘干段进行烘干，皮带的速度视物料的种类和含水量而定。烘干机抗过载能力强，处理量大，燃料消耗少，烘干成本低，经长期实验，烘干后的煤炭沫球全水含量(Mt)≤％1；风流向采用负压，多孔 进气，保证有效烘干面积，风流风速分布均匀，提高烘干效果。烘干机内装有多个温度测量仪器，便于掌握炉内温度，进而控制温度。碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机还设有防火装置，炉头、炉中、炉尾、装有多个热电偶，热气道进风口也设有闸门，一旦机械出现故障，立即放下闸门，隔断热源，防止起火。

2.如权利要求1所述碳纤维材料生产用网带烘干机，其特征在于，烘干机体(1)内还安装有温度测量仪器(4)和热电偶(5)。
