Abstract

本实用新型所设计的一种调压均流的聚热板,解决了目前聚热板无法自行截流,压力不可调配,并且经常发生介质倒流现象的技术问题。本实用新型包括壳体,所述的壳体内装有带进出口的集热管,其特征是所述的集热管在进口处分流成多条支流管,所述的支流管上设有缩径段。本实用新型具有自适应截流的功能,使集热管内的介质流速控制在一定范围内,达到压力调配的效果,有效避免集热管因介质流速过快,管壁压力过大造成的变形、渗漏等现象的发生;且防止介质倒流,提高聚热板的热效率。

本实用新型涉及一种调压均流的聚热板。
背景技术
目前聚热板内的集热管整条管道口径一致,当介质流速过大时,无法自行截流,压力不可调配,并且经常发生介质倒流现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种调压均流的聚热板,具有自适应截流,调配压力,防止倒流的效果。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的一种调压均流的聚热板,包括壳体,所述的壳体内装有带进出口的集热管,其特征是所述的集热管在进口处分流成多条支流管,所述的支流管上设有缩径段。本技术方案的缩径段在当介质流速过打时,自适应截流,使集热管内的介质流速控制在一定范围内,具有压力调配的作用,有效避免集热管因介质流速过快,管壁压力过大造成的变形、渗漏等现象的发生;且防止介质倒流,提高聚热板的热效率;各支流管均衡分流。
作为上述结构的进一步完善和补充,本实用新型还包含以下附加技术特征或这些特征的任意组合:
所述的相邻两支流管横向连通,进一步均衡各支流管内的介质流压。
所述的集热管呈“弓”字形弯曲设置,所述的缩径段位于集热管的直流段且距离集热管转角处大于5mm,集热管转角处受介质流的压力较大,如果在转角处再设置缩径段,则管壁承压要求较大,增加成本,故将缩径段设置在集热管的直流段且距离集热管转角处大于5mm,保证调压均流的同时,降低管壁的承压要求。
所述的集热管为吹胀形成,一体式结构,热传导效果好;也可以是分体式,装在壳体内。
所述集热管的进出口设在壳体的同一侧,方便安装,符合弓形设计原理。

此范围调压效果较好。
所述缩径段的口径为集热管口径的经过反复试验,此范围已满足日常聚热板的使用需求。
