现在有些工作人员，有时因事情太多不得不选择深夜加班；如果在家的卧室进行加班，因为同住一室的亲人或朋友要休息，若开平常的灯具会太亮，导致无法休息；而如果关灯只开电脑有时又会很暗，这时常常使用手电筒，可是使用手电筒太费劲也不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型灯具，该灯具在不影响其他人休息的情况下解决了深夜照明的问题，而且转向方便、便于携带。
本实用新型的特征在于：一种新型灯具，包括一塑料吸盘，其特征在于：所述塑料吸盘上方与第一连杆一端相连接，所述第一连杆另一端与第二连杆一端相铰接，所述第二连杆另一端经球形接头与一灯座相连接，所述灯座与一灯罩相连接，所述灯座位于灯罩内设置有LED灯。
本实用新型的优点：结构简易，照射的范围广，携带方便，制造成本低。

本实用新型的使用方式：人们要进行加班时，将塑料吸盘吸附在桌子，且吸附在靠近已休息或将要休息人一侧的桌子上，通过球形接头和两连杆，将灯的照射方向背向休息者；当然也可以吸附在电脑屏幕的一上角。
