在稀土的生产过程中，需要用到中和反应生成沉淀物的器具，现有的此类沉淀装置大多是由一个反应罐和搅拌器组成，物料从上部进料管进入反应罐，中和物从下部出料管排出，这种结构存在的缺点在于酸性溶液和物料溶液由上部注入，而搅拌叶片位于下部，混合效果差，易形成浓度梯度，导致产品质量不稳定。
