太阳能封装膜设备是用来制造能用在太阳能电池板上封装电池用的EVA胶膜,用此设备制造的EVA胶膜它的透光率比较高,有合理的交联度,有较强的粘接性能,有卓越的耐紫外线的功能,极低的收缩率,这种EVA胶膜能提高太阳能电池板用光能转化为电能的效率。EVA胶膜一般采用挤出-流涎法生产。生产过程包括熔融共混、挤出、轧花、牵引、收卷等,其中收卷工序是在收卷机构中实现的。现有的收卷机构裁剪时需要用剪刀规则地裁剪下来,不仅裁剪后的边缘直线度误差较大,而且裁剪效率也较为低下。

本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种EVA胶膜生产设备用的收卷机构。本实用新型可以大大提高工人裁剪EVA胶膜的效率,而且剪裁后的胶膜边缘直线度非常规则,具有非常理想的使用效果。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型在输送辊的表面开设有至少两道均匀开设的直槽,收卷装置收卷完EVA胶膜后,工人用裁剪刀片沿着直槽划断胶膜即可,裁剪效率大大提高,而且剪裁后的胶膜边缘直线度非常规则,具有非常理想的使用效果。经过经验,申请人发现,当输送辊的表面均匀开设8道直槽时,无论输送辊转到哪个角度,裁剪都非常方便。
