本实用新型涉及一种LED灯带分口装置。
背景技术
目前工厂上生产加工组装LED灯时，非常不容易把LED灯芯放进灯带里去，一般人工剥开较多，费时费力，而且容易出错。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种LED灯带分口装置，能直接分开灯带，便于放置LED灯芯。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种LED灯带分口装置，包括：装置主体，分口尖嘴，分口撑块，固定口，分口尖嘴设置在装置主体的一侧，分口撑块在分口尖嘴的一侧。
进一步，固定口有多个。
进一步，分口撑块为平滑凸起状。
本实用新型的有益效果是：当灯带向前走位时，本装置前端的分口尖嘴把灯带拨开，然后起一侧的分口撑块继续把灯带撑大，使其LED灯芯能够直接放入灯带中，方便实用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种LED灯带分口装置，包括装置主体1，分口尖嘴2，分口撑块3，固定口4，分口尖嘴2设置在装置主1的一侧，分口撑块3在分口尖嘴2的一侧。通过固定口4把本装置固定在灯带走位装置，当灯带由机器带动向前走一个工位，灯带被分口尖嘴2分开，接着分口撑块3把灯带撑大，此时LED灯芯由塞线机器放进已经撑开的灯带中，然后灯带继续向前走一个工位，前面的灯带因为弹性自动恢复将LED灯芯包好。

1.一种LED灯带分口装置，其特征在于包括装置主体（1），分口尖嘴（2），分口撑块（3），固定口（4），所述分口尖嘴（2）设置在装置主体（1）的一侧，分口撑块（3）在分口尖嘴（2）的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯带分口装置，其特征在于所述的固定口（4）有多个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯带分口装置，其特征在于所述的分口撑块（3）为平滑凸起状。
