本实用新型涉及一种车间内布电线翻盘用刹车装置，具体说是一种翻盘刹车装置。
背景技术
在布电线包装过程中，需要对布电线进行翻盘包装。但传统的包装设备不能有效地对布电线进行翻盘包装，费时费力，没有实用效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、省时省力且实用效果好的翻盘刹车装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型包括横向支撑柱Ⅰ、纵向支撑柱和横向支撑柱Ⅱ，在横向支撑柱Ⅰ的最右端固定有弧形橡胶挡板，气缸固定在横向支撑柱Ⅰ的中间位置，所述气缸的下部内陷有凹槽，在纵向支撑柱的上端设有传动轮，所述传动轮内部安装有传动轴承，涨紧轮设在横向支撑柱Ⅱ远离传动轮的一端，所述横向支撑柱Ⅰ与纵向支撑柱通过套筒固定。
通过以上设置，本实用新型结构更加优化，操作更加方便。本实用新型实用效果好，省时省力，既节约了生产成本，又提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括横向支撑柱Ⅰ1、纵向支撑柱2和横向支撑柱Ⅱ3，在横向支撑柱Ⅰ1的最右端固定有弧形橡胶挡板4，气缸5固定在横向支撑柱Ⅰ1的中间位置，所述气缸5的下部内陷有凹槽6，在纵向支撑柱2的上端设有传动轮7，所述传动轮7内部安装有传动轴承8，涨紧轮9设在横向支撑柱Ⅱ3远离传动轮7的一端，所述横向支撑柱Ⅰ1与纵向支撑柱2通过套筒10固定。
通过以上设置，布电线13先通过本实用新型的涨紧轮9收缩涨紧，再通过传动轮7，然后通过气缸5，再通过弧形橡胶挡板4，最后在绕线匝11上缠成布电线圈12。当布电线圈12成型后，气缸5向上运动，利用重力和机械传动原理进行刹车。

1.翻盘刹车装置，包括横向支撑柱Ⅰ、纵向支撑柱和横向支撑柱Ⅱ，其特征在于：在横向支撑柱Ⅰ的最右端固定有弧形橡胶挡板，气缸固定在横向支撑柱Ⅰ的中间位置，所述气缸的下部内陷有凹槽，在纵向支撑柱的上端设有传动轮，所述传动轮内部安装有传动轴承，涨紧轮设在横向支撑柱Ⅱ远离传动轮的一端，所述横向支撑柱Ⅰ与纵向支撑柱通过套筒固定。
