本实用新型涉及一种灭菌装置，具体地说是一种植物组织外植体灭菌装置。
背景技术
在植物组织培养的实施环节中，经常需要将植物组织外植体进行表面灭菌处理，现在通常是将需要消毒的外植体置入消毒容器内进行灭菌消毒，完成后，再用无菌镊子夹取，这样外植体容易受到伤害，而且效率较低；或者将消毒溶液倾出，这样容易导致一些较小的外植体随液体倾出而掉落，造成实验材料浪费。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种植物组织外植体灭菌装置，其结构简单，容易控制，具有较好的灭菌效果。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种植物组织外植体灭菌装置，包括配有密封盖的广口容器，广口容器内放置消毒溶液，所述密封盖内侧固定有悬挂绳，悬挂绳下端设有纱布袋，外植体置于纱布袋内。
所述纱布袋高于消毒溶液液面。

具体实施方式
一种植物组织外植体灭菌装置，包括配有密封盖2的广口容器1，广口容器1内放置消毒溶液3，所述密封盖2内侧固定有悬挂绳4，悬挂绳4下端设有纱布袋5，外植体6置于纱布袋5内。
所述广口容器1采用500毫升广口瓶，所述悬挂绳4为棉线，棉线一端用胶水固定在密封盖2内侧，一端拴在纱布袋5上，棉线长约为瓶高的一半。
工作过程：
一、将需要灭菌的外植体6放入纱布袋5内；
二、在广口瓶内注入双氧水100毫升；
三、将装有外植体6的纱布袋5放入广口瓶内，盖上盖子。(注意：外植体不得接触瓶内液体)
四、外植体6在密闭的容器内，利用双氧水释放出的活性氧进行消毒杀菌。幼嫩外植体30分钟即可达到灭菌效果。

1.一种植物组织外植体灭菌装置，其特征在于：包括配有密封盖的广口容器，广口容器内放置消毒溶液，所述密封盖内侧固定有悬挂绳，悬挂绳下端设有纱布袋，外植体置于纱布袋内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物组织外植体灭菌装置，其特征在于：所述纱布袋高于消毒溶液液面。
