本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术存在的上述问题而提供一种多功能茶几，几面面层为透明亚克力，其下层为具有纹理的木质层，显示木质的品质，此外，亚克力面层具有装饰纹或物品插置口，提升视觉效果与品质，通过调节亚克力面层与木质层的间距，又能固定杯具或办公工具（如笔筒、画卷、画桶）。
