背景技术
现有技术的PTC电加热器,是由PTC发热元件和金属散热片组成的。这种PTC发热元件夹在两个金属散热片中间,同时两面的金属散热片还作为PTC发热元件的电极,上述技术的PTC电加热器工作时表面处于带电状态,存在着安全性差的缺陷。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种安全性好的隔离绝缘金属PTC电加热器。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型的一种隔离绝缘金属PTC电加热器,它包括PTC发热元件,二个电极,其特征在于上述电极呈薄片状,二个电极紧贴在PTC发热元件的上下表面,在其电极的外部包上绝缘层后放入金属管内,上述金属管穿置在叠加的散热片中。 
 本实用新型的隔离绝缘金属PTC电加热器,由于在其电极的外部包上绝缘层后放入金属管内,上述金属管穿置在叠加的散热片中,整个加热器的表面不带电。因此,本实用新型具有安全性好的特点。
