本实用新型涉及一种新型大电流开关柜,属于电力柜领域。
背景技术
电力柜在应用过程中,会出现大电流电力柜由于通入电流过大,容易在隔板上产生大量的涡流和共振现象,导致内部温度升高和对电力柜内部器件产生振动损坏,直接影响着电力柜的使用寿命和安全性能。因此,针对上述问题是本实用新型研究的对象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型大电流开关柜,有助于解决目前大电流电力柜使用过程中的共振和涡流存留较大的问题。
本实用新型的特征在于:一种新型大电流开关柜,包括电力柜体,所述电力柜体内的电缆室与进线单元室之间设有中间隔板,其特征在于:所述隔板的中部开设有通口,且具有通口的隔板前后侧表面上焊接有加强筋板。
进一步,所述加强筋板采用304不锈钢非导磁材料制成。

具体实施方式
结合附图1和图2,本实用新型是一种新型大电流开关柜,包括电力柜体1,所述电力柜体1内的电缆室1-1与进线单元室1-2之间设有中间隔板2,所述隔板2的中部开设有通口2-1,且具有通口2-1的隔板2前后侧表面上焊接有加强筋板3。
上述加强筋板3采用304不锈钢非导磁材料制成。
具体实施过程:在隔板上焊接有加强筋板,由于本加强筋板采用304的不锈钢非导磁材料构成,所以在使用时能有效减少隔板上的涡流,并且同时也能起到对隔板结构强化,所以还能减少共振对于电力柜内部设备的影响。
