本实用新型涉及一种用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统。用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统,包括循环水汇总后的总换热装置以及连接循环水用水设备和循环水总换热装置的输送管道,所述的循环水总换热装置为蒸发式冷凝器。本实用新型循环水系统具有全封闭的特点,由于其循环水质好、不结垢、不易腐蚀设备,使得板式换热器能够取代管壳式换热器,大大提高了换热效率,降低了气体压缩机的能耗,从而减少了空分设备的制造和运行成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统。
背景技术
目前,空分设备中广泛应用比较成熟的是半封闭式循环水系统,即循环水在循环水池中通过凉水塔靠其自身的蒸发来达到降温的目的。但这种半封闭的循环水系统存在着诸多弊端。
首先,由于半封闭式系统水池是敞口的,循环水直接与大气接触,空气中的杂质、尘埃进入水中,导致循环水的水质始终较差、易结垢、阻碍热交换,使得空分设备中与水有关的换热器只能采用对水质要求较低的管壳式结构。但管壳式结构因受到其体积大小和制造成本的限制,所能达到的换热效果并不理想。而空分设备中气体压缩机的轴功率与机间换热器的换热效果是密不可分的,换热效果越好,轴功率越低;反之,则轴功率越高。其次,半封闭式循环水系统中多采用管壳式换热器,而管壳式换热器的使用寿命一般较短,两年左右就要对其进行抽芯除垢处理,更换换热管,检修频率较高。此外,半封闭式循环水系统凉水塔的蒸发损失较大,约为总循环水量的2.5%。以产氧量10000Nm3/h的空分设备为例,循环水总量约为1500m3/h,其蒸发损失可达37.5m3/h,且有0.1%的漂水损失,水资源浪费较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统,可以克服目前的半封闭系统存在的众多缺陷。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统,包括循环水汇总后的总换热装置以及连接循环水用水设备和循环水总换热装置的输送管道,所述的循环水总换热装置为蒸发式冷凝器。
所述的循环水用水设备中的换热装置采用板式换热器。
所述的循环水系统为全封闭式。
本实用新型循环水系统,是将整套空分装置中所有循环冷却水集中统一由蒸发式冷凝器冷却至所需温度,然后经水泵加压供空分装置使用。
本实用新型采用蒸发式冷凝器替代传统的循环水池,保证了在整个循环过程中,水系统处于全封闭状态,避免了外来杂质的进入。经过几次循环后,循环水将不再结垢,保持一种良好的状态,从而用水设备原来必须采用管壳式换热器的,现在完全可以用板式换热器来取代。板式换热器换热效率高、体积小,可以使被压缩气体经过机间换热器后的温度更低,以透平空气压缩机为例,机间换热器后的空气温度可由常规的45℃降到35℃,可节约空压机轴功率约3.1%,大大降低了空压机的运行能耗。众所周知,如果想从空压机本体的制造和安装工艺上来降低1%的能耗都是很困难的,但是采用本实用新型,则实现了空压机能耗的降低。并且,板式换热器的无检修,也减轻了日常维护与操作负担。
另外,因为空冷塔中空气的冷凝水量与水冷塔中污氮所带走的蒸发水量基本持平,所以空分设备正常运行时不需要补充水。并且,蒸发式冷凝器是利用盘管外的喷淋水蒸发时的汽化潜热来吸取盘管内部被冷却介质的热量的,其热交换效率高,且漂水损失率仅为凉水塔的十分之一,因此节水性能较好。
本实用新型相对于现有技术,有以下优点:
本实用新型循环水系统具有全封闭的特点,由于其循环水质好、不结垢、不易腐蚀设备,使得板式换热器能够取代管壳式换热器,大大提高了换热效率,降低了气体压缩机的能耗,从而减少了空分设备的制造和运行成本。

具体实施方式
   以下以具体实施例来说明本实用新型的技术方案,但本实用新型的保护范围不限于此:
用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统,结合图1,包括循环水汇总后的总换热装置以及连接循环水用水设备和循环水总换热装置的输送管道,所述的循环水总换热装置为蒸发式冷凝器1。
空分设备蒸发式全封闭循环水系统工作过程如图1所示。图1中的虚线框内的部分为空分设备系统,包括空气压缩机、空冷塔、冷水机组、水冷塔等循环水用水设备,其中空压机级间换热器、氧氮压机级间换热器、膨胀机系统中的增压机后冷却器采用板式换热器。当循环水从各个用水设备中流出后,汇集进入蒸发式冷凝器1,在其中被冷却至32℃,然后再由水泵加压供给各个系统使用。整个循环过程是封闭的。
上述实施例为本实用新型优选的实施方式,但本实用新型的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本实用新型所作的改变均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统,包括循环水汇总后的总换热装置以及连接循环水用水设备和循环水总换热装置的输送管道,其特征在于,所述的循环水总换热装置为蒸发式冷凝器。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统,其特征在于,所述的循环水用水设备中的换热装置采用板式换热器。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于空分设备的蒸发式全封闭循环水系统,其特征在于,所述的循环水系统为全封闭式。
