本实用新型涉及一种LED灯泡散热器，特别是一种用于标准LED灯泡散热的散热器。
背景技术
专利号为201110024636.6的中国专利申请公开了一种标准接口LED灯头(本专利以下改称灯头为灯泡)，包括法兰连接方式，螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式，以及卡环连接方式，它通过统一灯架上的法兰、卡环螺钉孔分布圆直径、螺纹、卡口和卡簧底座螺钉孔分布圆直径，实现了LED照明灯具、灯泡、亮度控制三者在制造上的各自独立，使LED照明在制造上和使用上实现了规模化和标准化。但是LED灯泡在使用中的热量是通过法兰、卡环、螺纹、卡口或卡簧等连接形式的部件与灯座的散热器连接散发出去，这使得LED标准接口灯泡在使用上有一定的局限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种LED灯泡散热器。它不仅散热效果好，而且安装在标准LED灯泡上时，可以让标准接口LED灯泡 摆脱对灯壳散热器的依赖，使标准LED灯泡应用范围更广。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种LED灯泡散热器，其特点是：包括泡沫金属，泡沫金属内设有热管，泡沫金属外设有保护罩。
上述的散热器中，所述散热器设在设在法兰、螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的灯架上，或设在螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的底座上，或者直接设在卡环连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的灯珠集成模块的PCB板上。
前述的散热器中，所述LED灯泡散热器外径尺寸小于灯架或底座的螺钉孔分布圆直径。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型散热器散热面积大，散热器体积小。不仅散热效果好，而且安装在标准LED灯泡上时可以让标准接口LED灯泡摆脱对灯壳散热器的依赖，使标准LED灯泡应用范围更广。

实施例1。一种LED灯泡散热器，如图1所示，包括泡沫金属10，泡沫金属10内设有热管11，泡沫金属10外设有保护罩9。
如图2所示，所述散热器设在设在法兰、螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的灯架上(散热器穿过螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡，直接固定在灯架上)，或设在螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的底座上，或者直接设在卡环连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的灯珠集成模块的PCB板上。所述散热器外径尺寸小于灯架或底座的螺钉孔分布圆直径。

1.一种LED灯泡散热器，其特征在于：包括泡沫金属(10)，泡沫金属(10)内设有热管(11)，泡沫金属(10)外设有保护罩(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡散热器，其特征在于：所述散热器设在设在法兰、螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的灯架上，或设在螺纹、卡口和卡簧连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的底座上，或者直接设在卡环连接方式的标准接口LED灯泡的灯珠集成模块的PCB板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯泡散热器，其特征在于：所述散热器外径尺寸小于灯架或底座的螺钉孔分布圆直径。
