Abstract
一种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶,属于生物培养容器,该培养瓶可以保证组织块分布均匀,而且利于组织块贴附,其结构包括瓶体和瓶盖,所述的瓶体内设有一个填充板,所述的填充板上均匀设有多个通孔;所述的填充板靠近瓶口的一条边的两端还对称设有凸起,在瓶体内两侧壁上还对称设有与凸起相对应的滑道。该种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶结构简单,使用方便,提高了工作效率,可适用于科研机构、学校等场所。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生物培养容器,尤其是一种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶。
背景技术
随着生物技术的迅猛发展,细胞培养技术已经成为科研或生产中不可或缺的技术手段,其中原代细胞培养又是细胞培养工作中最关键和最基础的环节。目前,原代细胞培养方法主要包括组织块培养法和消化培养法等。消化培养法主要用于对胰酶或胶原蛋白等酶类敏感的组织,例如上皮、胎儿组织等,能短时间内获得大量游离的细胞,加入培养液后能够贴壁生长。但有些组织对各种酶类敏感性较差,例如皮肤、脂肪、肌肉等组织,不能在短时间内消化得到大量游离的细胞,又不能消化时间过长,否则可能影响细胞活性,因此采取组织块培养法。通常做法是将组织剪切成小块后,用眼科镊送入培养瓶内,然后用弯头吸管将组织块在瓶壁上均匀摆置,每小块间距约0.5厘米左右,之后轻轻将培养瓶翻转,让瓶底朝上,向瓶内注入适量培养液,盖好瓶盖,最后将培养瓶放置在CO2培养箱内2-4小时,待组织小块贴附后,将培养瓶慢慢翻转平放,培养约2-3天后细胞从组织中游离出来。
组织块培养法简单易行,而且成功率较高。但缺陷是用弯头吸管将组织块摆放均匀时,很多组织吸到管壁内侧下不来,尤其是粘性较大的组织块;有时一下子又掉下来很多组织块,分开摆放时组织块自身带的液体在培养瓶壁划过,细胞不容易贴壁;最大的问题是组织块分布不均匀,细胞游离出来生长时贴壁程度相差较大,容易造成有的组织块周围已经没有生长空间,造成细胞老化,而有的组织块还远远没贴满,达不到细胞传代的程度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶,该培养瓶可以保证组织块分布均匀,而且利于组织块贴附。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶,其结构包括瓶体和瓶盖,其特征是,所述的瓶体内设有一个填充板,所述的填充板上均匀设有多个通孔;所述的填充板靠近瓶口的一条边的两端还对称设有凸起,在瓶体内两侧壁上还对称设有与凸起相对应的滑道。
所述的通孔孔径为1毫米,孔距为0.5厘米;所述的填充板厚度范围为0.8-1毫米。
本实用新型具有以下突出的有益效果:
1.由于所述的瓶体内设有一个填充板,所述的填充板上均匀设有多个通孔,所以它可以将组织均匀摆置,保证每个组织块有足够的生长空间。
2.由于所述的填充板靠近瓶口的一条边的两端还对称设有凸起,在瓶体内两侧壁上还对称设有与凸起相对应的滑道,所以它可以方便工作人员将填充板掀起,利于组织块的生长。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,该种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶,其结构包括瓶体1、瓶盖2、滑道3、填充板4、凸起5和通孔6,所述的瓶体1内设有填充板4,所述的填充板4上均匀设有多个通孔6,所述的通孔6孔径为1毫米,孔距为0.5厘米;所述的填充板4厚度范围为0.8-1毫米;所述的填充板4靠近瓶口的一条边的两端还对称设有凸起5,在瓶体1内两侧壁上还对称设有与凸起5相对应的滑道3。
使用时,先打开瓶盖2,然后将组织块摆置于填充板4的上表面,待组织通过通孔6后,用眼科镊将填充板4掀置于滑道3末端,之后轻轻翻转培养瓶,向瓶内加入培养液,拧上瓶盖2,最后将培养瓶放置在CO2培养箱内二到四小时,待组织小块贴附后,将培养瓶慢慢翻转平放,培养约两到三天后细胞从组织中游离出来。
在所述的瓶体1内设有一个填充板4,所述的填充板4上均匀设有多个通孔6,所以它可以将组织均匀摆置,保证每个组织块有足够的生长空间。
在所述的填充板4上其中两个邻角处还对称设有凸起5,在瓶体1内两侧壁上还对称设有与凸起5相对应的滑道3,所以它可以方便工作人员将填充板4掀起,利于组织块的生长。
该种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶结构简单,使用方便,提高了工作效率,可适用于科研机构、学校等场所。

1.一种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶,其结构包括瓶体和瓶盖,其特征是,所述的瓶体内设有一个填充板,所述的填充板上均匀设有多个通孔;所述的填充板靠近瓶口的一条边的两端还对称设有凸起,在瓶体内两侧壁上还对称设有与凸起相对应的滑道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于组织块培养细胞的培养瓶,其特征是,所述的通孔孔径为1毫米,孔距为0.5厘米;所述的填充板厚度范围为0.8-1毫米。
