Abstract
一种细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,该转瓶由圆筒形的内、中、外三层瓶体同轴心套装构成,外层瓶体的一端有瓶口,另一端封闭,形成瓶底,中层、内层瓶体的两端敞口,内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间留有空隙,中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间留有空隙,所述内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间通过焊点固定,中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间通过焊点固定。本实用新型的细胞贴壁面为五面,有效面积大,单个转瓶的细胞产量提高,劳动强度小,省工省时,成本低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物技术领域中的细胞培养装置,特别涉及一种细胞贴壁培养装置。
背景技术
目前疫苗生产厂家,细胞贴壁培养多使用3升或15升的单层转瓶。生产时,先在转瓶内灌入培养液,然后将转瓶放在转瓶机上,通过转瓶机带动其缓慢旋转,旋转过程中,培养液中的细胞逐步贴在转瓶的内壁面上,贴于转瓶内壁面上的细胞开始分裂增殖,同时消耗掉营养成分,培养液中的营养成分渐渐减少,这就是细胞贴壁培养的过程。
3升单层转瓶的直径为11厘米,高48厘米,细胞贴壁面为一面(瓶壁内面),细胞培养的有效面积为1554平方厘米,加液量为200-400毫升。15升单层转瓶的直径为21-22厘米,高48厘米,细胞贴壁面为一面(瓶壁内面),细胞培养有效面积为2967平方厘米,加液量1000-1500毫升。
上述的3升、15升单层转瓶,细胞贴壁面为一面,细胞培养有效面积低,细胞数量少,滴度低,易引起细菌污染,劳动强度大,成本高,产量少,如果疫苗生产厂家想提高生产量,就只能增加设备如转瓶机等,并购买大量转瓶,耗工耗时,占地大,开销大。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,细胞培养有效面积大,易操作、劳动强度小,成本低,产量高。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,其特征在于:该转瓶由圆筒形的内、中、外三层瓶体同轴心套装构成,外层瓶体的一端有瓶口,另一端封闭,形成瓶底,中层、内层瓶体的两端敞口,内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间留有空隙,中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间留有空隙,所述内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间通过焊点固定,所述中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间通过焊点固定。
所述内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间通过3-5个焊点固定,各焊点沿内层瓶体的外壁周向均布。
所述中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间通过3-5个焊点固定,各焊点沿中层瓶体的外壁周向均布。
所述外层瓶体的瓶口部分长度为3-4厘米,外层瓶体的瓶身长度为43-44厘米。

本实用新型有以下积极有益的效果:
使用三层玻璃转瓶,细胞贴壁面为五面,即外层瓶体的内壁面、中层瓶体的内、外壁面,内层瓶体的内、外壁面。细胞贴壁的有效面积大,单个转瓶的细胞产量提高,滴度提高,不易引起细菌污染,劳动强度小,省工省时,不用增加设备如转瓶机等,也不需要增加转瓶的数量,就可以达到所需的细胞数量。

具体实施方式
请参照图1、图2,本实用新型是一种细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,该转瓶由圆筒形的内、中、外三层瓶体同轴心套装构成,外层瓶体1的一端有瓶口101,另一端封闭,形成瓶底102,中层、内层瓶体2、3的两端敞口,内层瓶体3的外壁与中层瓶体2的内壁之间留有空隙,中层瓶体2的外壁与外层瓶体1的内壁之间留有空隙。从而形成五个细胞贴壁面,即外层瓶体1的内壁面、中层瓶体2的内、外壁面,内层瓶体3的内、外壁面。
内层瓶体3的外壁与中层瓶体2的内壁之间通过焊点4固定,焊点4的数量为3-5个,各焊点4沿内层瓶体3的外壁周向均布。
中层瓶体2的外壁与外层瓶体1的内壁之间通过焊点5固定,焊点5的数量为3-5个,各焊点5沿中层瓶体2的外壁周向均布。
焊点4、5不仅起到了连接固定作用,而且还起到支撑作用,使各层瓶体之间留有空隙,便于细胞贴壁。
外层瓶体1的瓶口部分的长度L1为3-4厘米,外层瓶体1的瓶身长度L2为43-44厘米。
内层瓶体3和中层瓶体2的长度相等,其长度L3为38-40厘米。
内层瓶体3的直径φ3为7-8厘米,中层瓶体2的直径φ2为9-10厘米,外层瓶体1的直径φ1为11-12厘米。
外层瓶体1、中层瓶体2、内层瓶体3的材质为能够使细胞容易贴壁的明矾一硅硼酸钠玻璃。
使用三层玻璃转瓶,细胞贴壁面为五面,有效面积大,单个转瓶的细胞产量提高,省工省时。
下表是本实用新型的三层转瓶与原有的单层转瓶细胞培养的对照表。

由上表可以看出,将相同密度的细胞接种在容积相同(都为3升)的单层和三层转瓶中,经过相同时间培养,本实用新型的三层转瓶细胞密度是原有单层转瓶细胞密度的3-4倍。

1.一种细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,其特征在于:该转瓶由圆筒形的内、中、外三层瓶体同轴心套装构成,外层瓶体的一端有瓶口,另一端封闭,形成瓶底,中层、内层瓶体的两端敞口,内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间留有空隙,中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间留有空隙,所述内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间通过焊点固定,所述中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间通过焊点固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,其特征在于:所述内层瓶体的外壁与中层瓶体的内壁之间通过3-5个焊点固定,所述各焊点沿内层瓶体的外壁周向均布。
3.如权利要求1所述的细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,其特征在于:所述中层瓶体的外壁与外层瓶体的内壁之间通过3-5个焊点固定,所述各焊点沿中层瓶体的外壁周向均布。
4.如权利要求1所述的细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,其特征在于:所述外层瓶体的瓶口部分长度为3-4厘米,外层瓶体的瓶身长度为43-44厘米。
5.如权利要求1所述的细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,其特征在于:所述内层瓶体和中层瓶体的长度相等,其长度为38-40厘米。
6.如权利要求1所述的细胞贴壁培养用三层玻璃转瓶,其特征在于:所述内层瓶体的直径为7-8厘米,所述中层瓶体的直径为9-10厘米,所述外层瓶体的直径为11-12厘米。
