本实用新型属于农用机械技术领域，涉及一种具有环保且效率高的吹吸式大米抛光机。
背景技术
在大米抛光加工中，采用六角结构米筛加工岀来的大米碎米多，米的色泽鲜明度差，而且米糠多，六角结构米筛而且加工时间长，如管道或设备密封不好的话就容易造成大量米糠泄漏而形成的尘灰污染环境，而且还会影响大米的质量。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种具有环保且效率高特点的吹吸式大米抛光机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种吹吸式大米抛光机，包括一个支撑架，支撑架一侧设有马达，马达通过皮带轮分别与支撑架中部胶轮和支撑架后方下端的风机相连，胶轮下端设有托盘，支撑架上端设有入谷筒，支撑架后端与出谷口相贯通，支撑架前端设有出谷杆。
本实用新型的有益效果是：具有节能环保的特点，整个过程经风力进行除杂不会产生化学污染，且效率高，处理过的粮食十分干净卫生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
参见图1，一种吹吸式大米抛光机，包括一个支撑架1，支撑架1一侧设有马达2，马达2通过皮带轮3分别与支撑架1中部胶轮4和支撑架1后方下端的风机5相连，胶轮4下端设有托盘6，支撑架1上端设有入谷筒7，支撑架1后端与出谷口相贯通，支撑架1前端设有出谷杆8。
实际操作时，先从上端的入谷筒7放入谷物，谷物经过胶轮4碾压，再掉落到胶轮4下端的托盘6处，此时后端的风机5就会向前吹碾压好的谷物，谷物就会通过风力将杂质和粮食分离，分离后的粮食则会通过出谷杆8出来。

1.一种吹吸式大米抛光机，包括一个支撑架，其特征是：支撑架一侧设有马达，马达通过皮带轮分别与支撑架中部胶轮和支撑架后方下端的风机相连，胶轮下端设有托盘，支撑架上端设有入谷筒，支撑架后端与出谷口相贯通，支撑架前端设有出谷杆。
