背景技术
带式过滤机、立式板框压滤机、转鼓真空过滤机是使用于制药、矿山、化工、食品、环保等领域中对各类物料固液分离的过滤设备。由于在过滤过程中，一部分细、粘粒物料会附着在滤布表面或滤孔当中，在刮刀等卸完滤饼后需进行清洗，在清洗过程中使用水管喷头喷淋，清洗效果一般，尤其细颗粒物料并不能完全脱落，从而使滤布部分堵塞，导致在下一个循环过程中滤布过滤效率减低。因此必须对滤布进行定期停机清洗，以保证滤布的透气性良好，提高过滤效率。
现有的滤布清洗装置有如下缺点：
水管喷头需要高压力和大流量才能将滤布清洗洁净，对于粒度较细、粘度较大的物料堵塞滤布等情况，不易清洗干净，清洗效率较低；水管喷头结构复杂容易堵塞；经喷头喷淋后的水溶液排放掉，不能重复使用，既浪费大量水资源，同时也增加大量工业污水的排放，这样不仅使污水处理场地大量增加，更大大增加了处理污水的费用。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供超声波滤布清洗装置，以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。

超声波滤布清洗装置，包括清洗槽、超声波发生器和超声波振板，所述超声波振板辐射面上紧贴或靠近滤布过滤面反面，进入清洗槽中 的滤布需强力拉紧，所述超声波振板上连接着超声波发生器，所述超声波振板安装在清洗槽中。
有益效果
本实用新型不会造成水管喷头堵塞；对于粒度较细、粘度较大的物料堵塞滤布等情况，很容易清洗干净，清洗效率较高；清洗槽中的水经过循环重复利用，不但节约了大量的水资源，同时减少大量工业污水的排放，节约环保。

拉紧的滤布过滤面反面紧贴或靠近清洗槽1内超声波振板2的辐射面，利用超声波振板2产生的空化作用及滤布和水之间形成的高加速度将滤布表面和缝隙内的污物完全剥离，从而将滤布彻底清洗洁净。
