一种自动投切无功补偿装置控制回路,包括控制器、真空接触器,其特殊之处是:还设有二个中间继电器,二个中间继电器线圈分别与控制器的合闸触点和分闸触点串联在电源端之间,二个中间继电器的常开触点分别与真空接触器的合闸线圈和分闸线圈串联。通过合分闸回路中串入中间继电器,让中间继电器来承受合分闸时的冲击电流,这样避免了控制器的触点被烧坏,不会出现控制器死机、黑屏等现象,可正常对电容器组进行投切,减少事故率,延长了控制器使用寿命,保证了装置的正常运行,使电网无功功率供需基本平衡,减少电能损耗。

本实用新型涉及一种适用于电力系统35-220kV变电站,标称电压为6kV、10kV的电网中的自动投切无功补偿装置控制回路。
背景技术
在电力系统35-220kV变电站、标称电压为6kV、10kV的电网中,传统的自动投切的无功补偿装置中是控制器直接驱动投切开关进行投切电容器,由于控制器的控制主要由一对触点来实现,而控制是一个频繁过程,这样投切时投切开关的合、分闸线圈的冲击电流直接作用于控制器,长期合分闸,控制器的触点很难承受投切开关合分闸线圈的冲击电流,容易将控制器的触点烧坏,运行中常出现控制器死机、黑屏等现象不能使用,无法正常对电容器组进行投切。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种可避免控制器的触点被烧坏,可正常对电容器组进行投切,以保证电网无功功率供需基本平衡,减少电能损耗的自动投切无功补偿装置控制回路。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种自动投切无功补偿装置控制回路,包括控制器、真空接触器,其特殊之处是:还设有二个中间继电器,二个中间继电器线圈分别与控制器的合闸触点和分闸触点串联在电源端之间,二个中间继电器的常开触点分别与真空接触器的合闸线圈和分闸线圈串联。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过合分闸回路中串入中间继电器,让中间继电器来承受合分闸时的冲击电流,这样避免了控制器的触点被烧坏,不会出现控制器死机、黑屏等现象,可正常对电容器组进行投切,减少事故率,延长了控制器使用寿命,保证了装置的正常运行,使电网无功功率供需基本平衡,减少电能损耗。
