本实用新型涉及一种用于电缆护导管安装过程中的接头,具体涉及一种聚乙烯防水套管。
背景技术
在电缆护导管的安装过程中,其接头连接处多采用橡胶加热密封,存在有一定的缺陷,一是密封效果不太理想,拉伸和延展性不好,防水性能差;二是现场施工不方便,需加热才可实现密封防水之功能。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、施工方便、现场无需加热就能实现密封防水性能的聚乙烯防水套管,为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种聚乙烯防水套管,包括聚乙烯管,所述聚乙烯管内壁附着有一防水层。
上述述防水层为无纺布。该无纺布既透气防水又质轻环保。在与水接触时及时膨胀,可完全阻止雨水的渗透。
上述聚乙烯管为波纹管,波纹管具有拉伸强度好、延展性强的特性,使得电缆护套管对接初具有更好的拉伸和延展性,也使得套管不易脱落。

具体实施方式
下面我们将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种聚乙烯防水套管,包括聚乙烯管1,聚乙烯管1内壁附着有一防水层2,该防水层2为无纺布,在制作过程中,首先将无防布按与聚乙烯管1相对应的尺寸套在模芯上,然后对聚乙烯管进行吹塑成型,待聚乙烯管成型时与套入无防布的模芯重合进行挤压再脱膜,这样一来无纺布就被挤压附着在聚乙烯管1的内壁上,在电缆护导管的安装对接过程中,直接将聚乙烯防水套管套在电缆护导管接头处,聚乙烯防水套管内壁的无纺布遇水膨胀后,使其具有很好的密封防水功能,同时将聚乙烯管设计成波纹管,是因为波纹管具有拉伸强度好、延展性强的特性,使得电缆护套管对接初具有更好的拉伸和延展性,也使得套管不易脱落。
