本实用新型涉及一种应用于电线、电缆上的密封其接线头的封头帽。
背景技术
在电线、电缆接头时通常都会利用封头帽来进行绝缘处理，封头帽一般采用塑料制成，其利用塑料的优异绝缘效果和在加热时具有收缩性的特征以达到在加热后可牢固封闭电缆端头的作用。其具体使用方法是将封头帽套住电线、电缆的端头，用喷灯对准封头帽加热，封头帽在受热后自动粘接即可封住电缆端头。目前市场常见的封头帽都是采用圆柱形的结构，并且不带气阀，只起到封闭的作用，无法排除留在电缆里面的水分的作用，达不到保护电缆的作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种采用U型造型设计，可有效保持电线、电缆永远干燥，避免水分或者其他物质进入的新型电缆封头帽。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提出以下技术方案：一种新型电缆封头帽，其主要包括一U型本体、一气阀门。该U型本体为底部密封的圆柱形塑料体，该气阀门设置在该U型本体的底部并凸起于U型本体的底部，该气阀门与U型本体一体成型。
本新型放线架具有以下独特的优势：本封头帽采用U型形状作为本体，在使用时使电缆端头和封头帽之间保持一小段空间，用来充入干燥的空气或者氮气，可达到保持电缆的干燥和不进水分，保护电缆。

该U型本体1为底部密封的圆柱形塑料体，该气阀门2设置在该U型本体1的底部并凸起于U型本体1的底部，该气阀门2与U型本体1一体成型。
本实用新型的具体作用如下：本封头帽采用U型形状作为本体，在使用时使电缆端头和封头帽之间保持一小段空间，为保持电线、电缆内电芯的干燥度在包好接头后，可打开气阀往电线、电缆内充入用来干燥的空气或者氮气，然后锁住气阀，使气体留在电缆中，保持电缆干燥不进水，还可以避免水分或者其他物质进入电缆。如是由于操作不当时，使电缆的端头内进有水分，也可以使用充气法排除，以达到保护电缆的目的。
