本实用新型涉及一种工业用振动筛,具体地说是一种高频振动筛,它包括振动电机、筛箱、筛网,筛网装于筛箱底部,振动电机装于筛箱边缘,所述振动电机使筛箱和筛网振动,还包括一个安装于筛网底部,能与所述振动电机产生共振的共振装置,所述共振装置包括传振杆、打片、弹性橡胶环和固定铁环,所述打片安装于所述传振杆上部用于击打筛网;所述弹性橡胶环装于所述传振杆端头;所述固定铁环套装在所述橡胶环外部,其两侧设有用于使其与所述筛箱底边连接的凸耳,本实用新型采用共振原理,利用原有振动电机引起的振动带动共振装置振动击打筛网,结构简单,耗电量小,共振装置可以筛网底面均匀分布,使得振动力也很均匀。

本实用新型涉及一种工业用振动筛,具体地说是一种高频振动筛。 
背景技术:
现有的振动筛,采用电机制动来使筛网振动,为了增大筛网的工作效率,有的采用多个电机共同作用,或者增加其它的振动装置增大筛网的振动力度,但原有的振动装置大多采用新的动力源,资源耗费量大,筛网振动也不均匀。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种耗电量小,不需要另加动力源就可增大振动力,并且振动均匀的高频振动筛。 
本实用新型的目的是采用以下技术方案完成的: 
一种高频振动筛,包括振动电机、筛箱、筛网,筛网装于筛箱底部,振动电机装于筛箱边缘,所述振动电机使筛箱和筛网振动,还包括一个安装于筛网底部,能与所述振动电机产生共振的共振装置,所述共振装置包括传振杆、打片、弹性橡胶环和固定铁环,所述打片安装于所述传振杆上部用于击打筛网;所述弹性橡胶环装于所述传振杆端头;所述固定铁环套装在所述弹性橡胶环外部,其两侧设有用于与所述筛箱底边连接的凸耳。 
本实用新型采用共振原理,不需要另加动力设备,利用原有振动电机引起的振动带动共振装置振动击打筛网,结构简单,耗电量小,共振装置可以在筛网底面均匀分布,使得振动力也很均匀。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型具体说明,如图1,2所示一种高频振动筛,包括筛箱1,筛网2,固定铁环3,弹性橡胶环4,传振杆5,打片6,振动电机7。筛网2装于筛箱1底部,振动电机7装于筛箱1边缘,所述振动电机7使筛箱1和筛网2振动,还包括一个安装于筛网2底部,能与所述振动电机7产生共振的共振装置,所述共振装置包括传振杆5、打片6、弹性橡胶环4和固定铁环3,所述打片6安装于所述传振杆5上部用于击打筛网;所述弹性橡胶环4装于所述传振杆5端头;所述固定铁环3套装在所述弹性橡胶环4外部,其两侧设有用于与所述筛箱1底边连接的凸耳。 
本实用新型采用共振原理,在筛网底部增设共振装置,通过共振装置与原有的振动电机7产生共振增加筛网的振动力,并用使得筛网的振动更加均匀。

1.一种高频振动筛,包括振动电机、筛箱、筛网,筛网装于筛箱底部,振动电机装于筛箱边缘,所述振动电机使筛箱和筛网振动,其特征是:还包括一个安装于筛网底部,能与所述振动电机产生共振的共振装置,所述共振装置包括传振杆、打片、弹性橡胶环和固定铁环,所述打片安装于所述传振杆上部用于击打筛网;所述弹性橡胶环装于所述传振杆端头;所述固定铁环套装在所述橡胶环外部,其两侧设有用于使其与所述筛箱底边连接的凸耳。
