一种外科手术中，尤其是在连续组织内缝合使用的缝合针。两端均有针尖，各占全长的1/6；中部针体扁平，占全长的2/3，针体中央开有长形穿线孔可穿入缝线。在连续组织内缝合时，缝合针始终保持至少1/2位于组织内，利用旋转针体使两端针尖交替向前进行缝合，可以使缝线处于相同深度的组织内，缝合后走行近于直线。

本实用新型涉及一种外科手术中缝合组织的器械，尤其是在连续组织内缝合使用的缝合针。
背景技术
目前，外科手术中使用的缝合针都为一端针尖穿入组织，一端针孔挂带缝线进行缝合。在荷包缝合等需要连续内部缝合较长组织的时候，这种缝合针需要多次穿出组织外才能继续缝合，使得缝合后缝线在不同深浅的组织中形成波浪状，对不同层次的组织造成不必要的卡压，影响缝合的张力和强度。
发明内容
为了克服现有缝合针在较长组织内时缝合时需要多次穿出组织外，使缝线呈波浪状的不足，本实用新型提供一种缝合针，能够在连续组织内缝合时不必全部穿出组织，能保持缝线的深度一致。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：缝合针两端均有针尖，各占全长的1/6；中部针体扁平，占全长的2/3，针体中央开有长形穿线孔可穿入缝线。使用时把持针体将一端针尖刺入组织后弧形贯穿，使针尖利部分针体穿出组织，由穿线孔将缝线引入组织内。把持针体露出部分将缝合针完全引入组织内，将缝合针垂直前进方向进行180度旋转使位于组织内另一端针尖朝向前进方向。把持针体使组织内针尖继续向前刺入后弧形贯穿，使其和部分针体穿出组织，由穿线孔将缝线继续向前引入同等深度组织内。之后重复上述过程达到连续缝合目的。连续缝合过程中缝合针始终保持至少1/2位于组织内，利用旋转针体使两端针尖交替向前进行缝合，使缝线能够处于相同深度的组织内，缝合后走行近于直线。
本实用新型的有益效果是，在连续组织内缝合时，可以使缝线处于相同深度的组织内，缝合后走行近于直线。

具体实施方式
在图1中：缝合针两端均有针尖(1)(2)，各占全长的1/6；中部为扁平的针体(3)，占全长的2/3，针体(3)中央开有长形穿线孔(4)可穿入缝线。
在图2所示实施例中，把持针体(3)将针尖(1)刺入组织后弧形贯穿，使针尖(1)和部分针体(3)穿出组织，由穿线孔(4)将缝线引入组织内。
把持针体(3)露出部分将缝合针拉入使针尖(2)完全进入组织内，将缝合针垂直前进方向进行180度旋转使针尖(2)朝向前进方向。
把持针体(3)将针尖(2)刺入组织后弧形贯穿，使针尖(2)和部分针体(3)穿出组织，由穿线孔(4)将缝线引入同等深度组织内继续向前缝合。之后即可重复上述过程达到连续缝合目的。
在图3中可以看到缝合后缝线始终位于相同深度的组织内部，不同于以往的缝合针造成的波浪状轨迹。

1.一种缝合针，在外科手术中使用，以针尖穿入组织，针孔挂带缝线进行缝合，其特征是：两端均有针尖，针体中央开有长形穿线孔，在连续组织内缝合时不必全部穿出组织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缝合针，其特征是：缝合针两端均有针尖，各占全长的1/6，中部针体扁平，占全长的2/3，针体中央开有长形穿线孔可穿入缝线。
