Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型缝合器，包括手柄和针头，其特征在于，针头与手柄连接为一体，所述的针头具有穿线孔，穿线孔设置有一缺口，针头上设置有一凹槽，凹槽内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条。封条可在凹槽内移动，作用是封闭或打开穿线孔。本实用新型中的新型缝合器可用于在手术中缝合伤口。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手术中用于缝合的医疗器械。
背景技术
目前，外科医生使用的手术缝针根据其针孔结构的不同可分为两种，即全封闭式手术缝针和针孔开有透槽的手术缝针两种，而现有的手术缝针存在以下不足：1、全封闭式手术缝针在缝合过程中若缝合线脱出，医务人员较难在短时间内将缝合线重新纫入手术缝针，尤其是当使用较小的手术缝针时，医务人员很难带着消毒手套迅速地将缝合线重新纫好，致使手术时间延长，无形中加大了医务人员的劳动强度，延长了患者的痛苦时间；2、针孔开有透槽的手术缝针，其透槽所开设的位置和角度较不合理，使用时缝合线较易由透槽内脱出，不仅需要医务人员常需多次重新纫线才可完成缝合工作，增加了医务人员的工作量，而且透槽的边缘容易挂住皮肤等组织，给伤口处造成损害。
胸心外科手术后，特别是胸背部手术过程中，背阔肌缝合的过程中，由于肌肉肥厚，传统的缝合针不容易穿透背阔肌肌层，且容易使缝合针弯曲、折断，并常留有死角，手术后容易感染，另外，传统缝针需配合持针器应用，过程繁琐，影响缝合速度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据现有技术中的不足，提供一种方便穿线，且不会对组织造成新的损害的缝合器，尤其适用于大块肌肉缝合的装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种新型缝合器，包括手柄和针头，其特征在于，针头与手柄连接为一体，所述的针头具有穿线孔，穿线孔设置有一缺口，针头上设置有一凹槽，凹槽内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条。封条可在凹槽内移动，作用是封闭或打开穿线孔。
其中，所述的凹槽与缺口位于针头的同一面上。
其中，所述的针头和手柄整体呈近似S形。
其中，所述的封条上安装有按钮，按钮位于封条上远离缺口的端部，靠近手柄。方便推动封条移动。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本缝合器由手柄和针头构成，针头与手柄一体连接，因此，操作者可方便地对大块肌肉进行缝合。在针头顶部有一穿线孔，穿线孔侧面由活动的封条封闭而成，在针头上设置有凹槽，封闭针孔的封条设置在凹槽内，在靠近手柄处封条连一按纽。推动按钮可方便移动封条以封闭或打开针孔，方便将线穿入，将线穿入后，推动封条将针孔封闭，方便缝合。缝合时，针尖穿过所缝肌肉组织，后推手柄处按钮，露出穿线孔，挂入缝线，前推按钮，封闭穿线孔，退出缝合器，缝合完成。既提高了穿线速度，又可以防止穿线孔处留有缺口对组织的挂伤，提高了手术速度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1-图4所示，一种新型缝合器，包括手柄1和针头2，针头2与手柄1连接为一体，所述的针头2具有穿线孔3，穿线孔3设置有一缺口，针头2上设置有一凹槽6，凹槽6内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条4，封条4上安装有按钮5，按钮5位于封条4上远离缺口的端部，靠近手柄，所述的凹槽6与缺口位于针头2的同一面上。所述的针头2和手柄1整体呈近似S形。
上述实施例仅用于对本发明进行说明，并不构成对权利要求范围的限制，本领域技术人员可以想到的其他实质等同手段，均在本发明权利要求范围内。

1.一种新型缝合器，包括手柄和针头，其特征在于，针头与手柄连接为一体，所述的针头具有穿线孔，穿线孔设置有一缺口，针头上设置有一凹槽，凹槽内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型缝合器，其特征在于，所述的凹槽与缺口位于针头的同一面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型缝合器，其特征在于，所述的针头和手柄整体呈近似S形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型缝合器，其特征在于，所述的封条上安装有按钮，按钮位于封条上远离缺口的端部。
