Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型缝合器,包括手柄和针头,其特征在于,针头与手柄连接为一体,所述的针头具有穿线孔,穿线孔设置有一缺口,针头上设置有一凹槽,凹槽内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条。封条可在凹槽内移动,作用是封闭或打开穿线孔。本实用新型中的新型缝合器可用于在手术中缝合伤口。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手术中用于缝合的医疗器械。
背景技术
目前,外科医生使用的手术缝针根据其针孔结构的不同可分为两种,即全封闭式手术缝针和针孔开有透槽的手术缝针两种,而现有的手术缝针存在以下不足:1、全封闭式手术缝针在缝合过程中若缝合线脱出,医务人员较难在短时间内将缝合线重新纫入手术缝针,尤其是当使用较小的手术缝针时,医务人员很难带着消毒手套迅速地将缝合线重新纫好,致使手术时间延长,无形中加大了医务人员的劳动强度,延长了患者的痛苦时间;2、针孔开有透槽的手术缝针,其透槽所开设的位置和角度较不合理,使用时缝合线较易由透槽内脱出,不仅需要医务人员常需多次重新纫线才可完成缝合工作,增加了医务人员的工作量,而且透槽的边缘容易挂住皮肤等组织,给伤口处造成损害。
胸心外科手术后,特别是胸背部手术过程中,背阔肌缝合的过程中,由于肌肉肥厚,传统的缝合针不容易穿透背阔肌肌层,且容易使缝合针弯曲、折断,并常留有死角,手术后容易感染,另外,传统缝针需配合持针器应用,过程繁琐,影响缝合速度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据现有技术中的不足,提供一种方便穿线,且不会对组织造成新的损害的缝合器,尤其适用于大块肌肉缝合的装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型缝合器,包括手柄和针头,其特征在于,针头与手柄连接为一体,所述的针头具有穿线孔,穿线孔设置有一缺口,针头上设置有一凹槽,凹槽内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条。封条可在凹槽内移动,作用是封闭或打开穿线孔。
其中,所述的凹槽与缺口位于针头的同一面上。
其中,所述的针头和手柄整体呈近似S形。
其中,所述的封条上安装有按钮,按钮位于封条上远离缺口的端部,靠近手柄。方便推动封条移动。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本缝合器由手柄和针头构成,针头与手柄一体连接,因此,操作者可方便地对大块肌肉进行缝合。在针头顶部有一穿线孔,穿线孔侧面由活动的封条封闭而成,在针头上设置有凹槽,封闭针孔的封条设置在凹槽内,在靠近手柄处封条连一按纽。推动按钮可方便移动封条以封闭或打开针孔,方便将线穿入,将线穿入后,推动封条将针孔封闭,方便缝合。缝合时,针尖穿过所缝肌肉组织,后推手柄处按钮,露出穿线孔,挂入缝线,前推按钮,封闭穿线孔,退出缝合器,缝合完成。既提高了穿线速度,又可以防止穿线孔处留有缺口对组织的挂伤,提高了手术速度。

以下结合附图本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1-图4所示,一种新型缝合器,包括手柄1和针头2,针头2与手柄1连接为一体,所述的针头2具有穿线孔3,穿线孔3设置有一缺口,针头2上设置有一凹槽6,凹槽6内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条4,封条4上安装有按钮5,按钮5位于封条4上远离缺口的端部,靠近手柄,所述的凹槽6与缺口位于针头2的同一面上。所述的针头2和手柄1整体呈近似S形。
上述实施例仅用于对本发明进行说明,并不构成对权利要求范围的限制,本领域技术人员可以想到的其他实质等同手段,均在本发明权利要求范围内。

1.一种新型缝合器,包括手柄和针头,其特征在于,针头与手柄连接为一体,所述的针头具有穿线孔,穿线孔设置有一缺口,针头上设置有一凹槽,凹槽内放置有可在凹槽内活动的封条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型缝合器,其特征在于,所述的凹槽与缺口位于针头的同一面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型缝合器,其特征在于,所述的针头和手柄整体呈近似S形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型缝合器,其特征在于,所述的封条上安装有按钮,按钮位于封条上远离缺口的端部。
