本实用新型涉及UPS技术领域,特别是一种利用低压电池的内置备份电源,包括外部供电端和负载,其特征在于:所述的外部供电端经一电池充电电路为充电电池充电,所述充电电池输出端经升压电路、掉电切换电路为所述负载供电;所述的掉电切换电路的输入端还与外部供电端连接;所述升压电路设置有一用于控制该升压电路关闭和启动的控制端。本实用新型电路结构简单,能用较低成本实现备份电源的功能,且可以集成在设备内部,使该设备自带掉电维持。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及UPS技术领域,特别是一种利用低压电池的内置备份电源。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,现有的自助电子产品已经广泛使用,由于该些设备的特殊性,因此,该些电子设备需要在市电停电的情况下,要仍能维持设备运行一段时间,然而,现有的外部UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply)不间断电源,成本高、体积大,在一些场合无法安装使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种利用低压电池的内置备份电源,能较低成本实现备份电源的功能,且可以集成在设备内部,使该设备自带掉电维持。
本实用新型采用以下方案实现:一种利用低压电池的内置备份电源,包括外部供电端和负载,其特征在于:所述的外部供电端经一电池充电电路为充电电池充电,所述充电电池输出端经升压电路、掉电切换电路为所述负载供电;所述的掉电切换电路的输入端还与外部供电端连接;所述升压电路设置有一用于控制该升压电路关闭和启动的控制端。
在本实用新型一实施例中,所述的充电电池是单节锂电池、4节串联的镍氢电池或6V铅酸电池。
在本实用新型一实施例中,所述的负载是自助加油机的销售控制模块。
本实用新型是在设备内部安装一块低压高容量电池,通过升压电路获得设备运行所需电压,并通过切换电路实现外电断电时自动实时切换到备份电源供电,其不仅电路结构简单,而且可以使小型产品内置UPS功能,避免使用外部UPS。

 下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
  如图1所示,本实施例提供一种利用低压电池的内置备份电源,包括外部供电端和负载,其特征在于:所述的外部供电端经一电池充电电路为充电电池充电,所述充电电池输出端经升压电路、掉电切换电路为所述负载供电;所述的掉电切换电路的输入端还与外部供电端连接;所述升压电路设置有一用于控制该升压电路关闭和启动的控制端。
本实用新型的电源可以用在小型无人值守设备,特别是自助加油机,该加油机的主机采用12V供电,备份电源使用一节3.5~6V电池(可以是单节锂电池或4节串联的镍氢电池或是6V铅酸电池等),通过升压芯片构成的升压电路将电压提升到12V,并通过一个切换电路给主机供电。当外电供电时,由外电供电,并给电池充电;当外电掉电时,切换到备份电源供电。

1.一种利用低压电池的内置备份电源,包括外部供电端和负载,其特征在于:所述的外部供电端经一电池充电电路为充电电池充电,所述充电电池输出端经升压电路、掉电切换电路为所述负载供电;所述的掉电切换电路的输入端还与外部供电端连接;所述升压电路设置有一用于控制该升压电路关闭和启动的控制端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用低压电池的内置备份电源,其特征在于:所述的充电电池是单节锂电池、4节串联的镍氢电池或6V铅酸电池。
