本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池引出端子自密封端盖,属蓄电池技术领域。
背景技术
目前铅酸蓄电池的极柱引出极柱多为螺栓式的,在使用时,需要二次密封,即加“O型密封圈”后,再焊接接线端子,然后再打胶密封但由于蓄电池在充放电过程中会发热等现象,从而使得紧固螺栓在频繁的热胀冷缩所用下产生松动。当紧固螺栓或“O型密封圈”松动后,蓄电池极易出现漏液、发热、打火等现象,严重时会造成蓄电池损毁甚至引起火灾,对蓄电池的危害极大。
发明内容
本实用新型目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种蓄电池引出端子自密封端盖。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种蓄电池引出端子自密封端盖,所述的端盖设置有引出极柱槽,极柱槽由外壁、密封腔及切屑台构成。
极柱槽与端盖一次注塑成型。
本实用新型的蓄电池引出端子端盖结构采用一体成型形式,极柱与蓄电池极柱及外壳通过胶体成为同一整体,有效的束缚了热胀冷缩效应及杜绝因极柱密封不严造成的蓄电池电解液漏液现象的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种蓄电池引出端子自密封端盖,所述的端盖1设置有引出极柱槽,极柱槽由外壁2、密封腔3及切屑台4构成。
安装蓄电池引出极柱时,在确保蓄电池引出极柱装配完好后,向密封腔缓缓注入密封体,然后装配端盖,使密封体完全的将引出极柱及包裹并将密封腔填充满,在密封胶体完全凝固后,按切屑台所示位置通过机床将多余的外壳及密封胶体除去,使引出极柱接线端露出,然后将引出极柱与蓄电池接线端子可靠连接,并在螺栓连接面上涂抹导电膏,最后使用密封胶体将蓄电池接线端子与蓄电池极柱密封。在进行切削时,切屑台可以有效的帮助操作人员进行定位,可有效避免误操作而对极柱及蓄电池壳体造成伤害。
