本实用新型涉及一种断路器状态指示装置,属于电气设备技术领域。 
背景技术
路器是配电网主要电器设备之一,其作用是导通或断开高压电气回路;断路器的状态包括合闸弹簧已储能状态、未储能状态、合闸状态、分闸状态,因此为了清楚的知道断路器所处的状态,需要配备相应的状态指示牌。 
但现有的断路器状态指示牌为分散安装,即储能指示牌和合分闸指示牌分置,安装不便,占用机构内部空间。
实用新型内容
实用新型针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种模块化结构设计,结构紧凑的模块化断路器状态指示装置。 
为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括设置在一固定板(3)上的储能指示装置和分合闸指示装置;
所述储能指示装置:包括和储能弹簧连接的挂簧拐臂(10),挂簧拐臂(10)通过杠杆(1)连接第一连杆(2),第一连杆(2)连接储能指示牌(4),储能指示牌上连接有第一复位弹簧(5);
所述分合闸指示装置:包括和主轴连接的主轴拐臂(9),主轴拐臂(9)通过第二连杆(8)连接分合闸指示牌(11),分合闸指示牌(11)连接有第二复位弹簧(6)。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型将储能指示装置和分合闸指示装置集成在一固定板上,较传统的分散安装方式结构更为紧凑,安装、操作更为方便,维修和更换亦更为方便、快捷。

具体实施方式
用新型包括设置在一固定板3上的储能指示装置、分合闸指示装置和计数器7; 
所述储能指示装置:包括和储能弹簧连接的挂簧拐臂10,挂簧拐臂10通过杠杆1连接连杆2,连杆2连接储能指示牌4,储能指示牌上连接有复位弹簧5;
所述分合闸指示装置:包括和主轴连接的主轴拐臂9,主轴拐臂9通过连杆8连接分合闸指示牌11,分合闸指示牌11连接有复位弹簧6。
本实用新型的工作过程为:储能弹簧储能后,挂簧拐臂10拨动杠杆1,由连杆2带动储能指示牌4翻转到储能指示状态;储能弹簧释能后,储能指示牌4在复位弹簧5的作用下复位到未储能指示状态。
合闸后,主轴转动到合闸位置,主轴拐臂9通过连杆8带动分合闸指示牌11翻转到合闸指示位置;分闸后,主轴转动到分闸位置,主轴拐臂9通过连杆8带动分合闸指示牌11翻转到分闸指示位置。

1.一种模块化断路器状态指示装置,其特征在于,包括设置在一固定板(3)上的储能指示装置和分合闸指示装置;
所述储能指示装置:包括和储能弹簧连接的挂簧拐臂(10),挂簧拐臂(10)通过杠杆(1)连接第一连杆(2),第一连杆(2)连接储能指示牌(4),储能指示牌上连接有第一复位弹簧(5);
所述分合闸指示装置:包括和主轴连接的主轴拐臂(9),主轴拐臂(9)通过第二连杆(8)连接分合闸指示牌(11),分合闸指示牌(11)连接有第二复位弹簧(6)。
