本实用新型涉及一种高压变压器，尤其涉及一种高压变压器出线绝缘装置。
背景技术
高压出线绝缘是高压变压器的高压绕组引出线与高压套管油中部分以及各柱高压绕组高压端引出线连接部的绝缘。其作用是保证高压引出线、连接线在高压电场作用下，具有可靠的绝缘特性，能够承受各种试验电压及长期工作电压的作用，是高压变压器主绝缘结构的重要组成部分。其结构直接影响高压变压器整体绝缘的电气性能、制造成本和工艺特性等。对高压变压器出线绝缘结构进行优化、分析和绝缘材料特性的研究，对提高出线绝缘的可靠性、经济性、实用性和高压变压器的整体制造水平具有重要意义。但现有的出线结构体积大，不易于加工装配。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高压变压器出线绝缘装置，该装置体积较小，易于加工装配。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种高压变压器出线绝缘装置，包括高压套管、油箱和高压绕组，所述高压套管的尾部直接伸入油箱内部，通过出线装置与高压绕组相连，所述出线装置包括高压套管油中部分、匀压球、高压引线和匀压管，高压套管尾部和高压套管油中部分相连，高压套筒油中部分尾部套有均压球，高压引线位于其中，高压套筒油中部分尾部通过高压引线与匀压管相连，匀压管通过高压绕组与高压引出线相连。
本发明具有如下的技术效果：
1、该装置体积小，易于加工装配；
2、现场安装变压器的工作量大大减少，提高了高压变压器整体的可靠性。

如图1所示一种高压变压器出线绝缘装置，包括高压套管1、油箱2和高压绕组8，其特征在于所述高压套管1的尾部直接伸入油箱2内部，通过出线装置与高压绕组8相连，所述出线装置包括高压套管油中部分3、匀压球4、高压引线5和匀压管6，高压套管1尾部和高压套管油中部分3相连，高压套筒油中部分3尾部套有均压球4，高压引线5位于其中，高压套筒油中部分3尾部通过高压引线5与匀压管6相连，匀压管6通过高压绕组8与高压引出线相连。

1.一种高压变压器出线绝缘装置，包括高压套管(1)、油箱(2)和高压绕组(8)，其特征在于所述高压套管(1)的尾部直接伸入油箱(2)内部，通过出线装置与高压绕组(8)相连，所述出线装置包括高压套管油中部分(3)、匀压球(4)、高压引线(5)和匀压管(6)，高压套管(1)尾部和高压套管油中部分(3)相连，高压套筒油中部分(3)尾部套有均压球(4)，高压引线(5)位于其中，高压套筒油中部分(3)尾部通过高压引线(5)与匀压管(6)相连，匀压管(6)通过高压绕组(8)与高压引出线相连。
