技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力系统中更换变电站管母支柱绝缘子的工具装置。
背景技术
目前,在更换变电站管母支柱绝缘子时 ,多采用吊车吊装法,需拆卸管母后对支柱绝缘子进行更换,这就造成了劳动强度大,工作耗时长,停电范围广,占地面积大,要多台施工车辆配合工作,并且需要较多的施工人员长时间的高空作业,高坠风险大,这种状况已不能满足电网建设的快速发展。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、省时省力、快速安全的管母支柱绝缘子更换专用工具。有效解决了复杂工作环境下管母支柱绝缘子更换工作人力投入大,工作耗时长,电网及高坠安全风险大的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由底座、蜗轮蜗杆、顶杆、安全固定环、管母固定槽组成,蜗轮蜗杆上端连接带安全固定环的顶杆,蜗轮蜗杆下端连接底座,蜗轮蜗杆的顶部有管母固定槽。
管母固定槽为三角形凹槽。
由于本实用新型采用上述结构,在更换变电站管母支柱绝缘子时,现场仅需要一台吊车,两名工人高空作业,作业面大大缩小,停电范围更小,施工工艺简单,效率高,安全性好。

具体实施方式
实施例:由底座5、蜗轮蜗杆4、顶杆2、安全固定环3、管母固定槽1组成,蜗轮蜗杆4上端连接带安全固定环3的顶杆2,蜗轮蜗杆4下端连接带螺孔的底座5,蜗轮蜗杆4的顶部有管母固定槽1,管母固定槽1为三角形凹槽。
底座5通过两颗螺丝和角铁固定于绝缘子下面的构架上,管母通过捆绑带固定于定于顶杆2顶端的管母固定槽1内,工作人员的安全带固定在顶杆2上的安全固定环3上,拆除管母支柱绝缘子上方的固定螺丝后,转动蜗轮蜗杆4驱动顶杆2和固定于顶杆2顶端的管母固定槽1内的管母升高至绝缘子上方5cm处,然后拆除管母支柱绝缘子的下方固定螺丝,将旧绝缘子移走,填入新绝缘子后,转动蜗轮蜗杆4使管母回落至原来位置,最后拧紧管母上下方的固定螺丝,从而实现管母支柱绝缘子安全有效更换。
本实用新型采用管母支撑升高方案,有效解决了现有管母支柱绝缘子更换的工艺复杂,人力物力消耗大,停电范围大,经济损失大,高空作业人员多,时间长,安全风险高,不适宜在设备空间相对狭小的现场施工等难题,从而实现了管母支柱绝缘子安全有效地更换。

1.一种管母支柱绝缘子更换专用工具,由底座、蜗轮蜗杆、顶杆、安全固定环、管母固定槽组成,其特征是:蜗轮蜗杆上端连接带安全固定环的顶杆,蜗轮蜗杆下端连接底座,蜗轮蜗杆的顶部有管母固定槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管母支柱绝缘子更换专用工具,其特征是:管母固定槽为三角形凹槽。
