本实用新型涉及一种连接件,尤其是涉及一种线束转接组件。
背景技术
目前,线束与连接器的配合结构多是直接从连接器引出线束从而限制了线束引出的方向和角度,不能让其从连接器任意方向和角度引出。这种配合设计会使产品的结构复杂化,因为配合线束引出方向和角度,需要设计相应的端子及转接结构,会增加产品零件数量及成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结构简单,引出方向可任意调节的线束转接组件。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种线束转接组件,包括线束转接块和连接器,线束固定在线束转接块上,所述的线束转接块设有公端子,所述的连接器上设有与公端子匹配的母端子,线束转接块与连接器通过公端子和母端子配合连接,并通过螺栓固定。
所述的线束转接块和连接器均设有压铸的壳体。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单,能够满足对线束引出的任意方向和角度的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种线束转接组件,包括线束转接块2和连接器1,线束转接块2和连接器1均设有压铸的壳体。线束5固定在线束转接块2上,线束转接块2设有公端子4,连接器1上设有与公端子4匹配的母端子3,线束转接块2与连接器1通过公端子4和母端子3配合连接,并通过螺栓6加固连接。
该线束转接组件应用于-40~105摄氏度的环境下,组装时,把线束5连接到线束转接块2上,然后把线束转接块2的公端子4安装到连接器1的母端子3上,并通过四枚螺栓6加固,即可实现线束5的任意方向引出。

1.一种线束转接组件,其特征在于,包括线束转接块和连接器,所述的线束转接块设有公端子,并固定有线束,所述的连接器上设有与公端子匹配的母端子,线束转接块与连接器通过公端子和母端子配合连接,并通过螺栓固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线束转接组件,其特征在于,所述的线束转接块和连接器均设有压铸的壳体。
