本实用新型涉及一种光伏发电电池板安装架,其包括架体、设置在架体下端底部且与架体铰连的配重底座以及设置在架体和配重底座侧边的伸缩支撑杆,在绝缘杆上垂直的安装固定隔板,在两个固定隔板之间安装防滑落隔板,本实用新型绝缘杆安装在光伏发电电池板背部,不仅节省材料,还起到支撑和绝缘作用,而且绝缘杆之间的空隙可以方便工程人员在光伏发电电池板背部安装电线接入逆变器,通过伸缩支撑杆可以调节架体与配重底座之间的角度,本实用新型操作、使用方便,经济耐用。

背景技术
随着全球经济的迅速发展和人口的不断增加,以石油、天然气和煤炭为代表的化石能源正逐步消耗,能源危机成为世界各国共同面临的课题;与此同时,化石能源造成的环境污染和生态失衡等一系列问题也成为制约社会经济发展甚至威胁人类生存的严重障碍。新能源应用正成为全球的热点,其中太阳能资源是最丰富的可再生能源之一,它分布广泛,可再生,不污染环境,是国际公认的理想替代能源;光伏发电是太阳能直接应用的一种形式,作为一种环境友好的新型发电方式,光伏发电技术正在全球范围内逐步得到应用;光伏发电系统主要由光伏电池板(组件)、逆变器和升压器组成;一般的光伏发电电池板安装底板是整体,电线接入逆变器时要在底板上打接线孔或预留接线孔,这样费时而且整体的安装底板也浪费材料。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节省材料、方便电线接入逆变器的光伏发电电池板安装架。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型包括架体、设置在架体下端底部且与架体铰连的配重底座以及设置在架体和配重底座侧边的伸缩支撑杆,所述的架体底部安装2根以上的绝缘杆,在绝缘杆上垂直的安装固定隔板,在两个固定隔板之间安装防滑落隔板,在固定隔板上设置安装孔。
本实用新型积极效果如下:使用本实用新型安装架时, 用螺栓通过安装孔将光伏发电电池板固定安装固定隔板上,防滑落隔板能承受单个电池板的重量,配重底座降低整个支撑架的重心,并可固定于地面或屋顶,绝缘杆安装在光伏发电电池板背部,不仅节省材料,还起到支撑和绝缘作用,而且绝缘杆之间的空隙可以方便工程人员在光伏发电电池板背部安装电线接入逆变器,通过伸缩支撑杆可以调节架体与配重底座之间的角度,本实用新型操作、使用方便,经济耐用。

如附图1所示,本实用新型包括架体1、设置在架体1下端底部且与架体1铰连的配重底座2以及设置在架体1和配重底座2侧边的伸缩支撑杆7,所述的架体1底部安装2根以上的绝缘杆5,在绝缘杆5上垂直的安装固定隔板3,在两个固定隔板3之间安装防滑落隔板4,在固定隔板3上设置安装孔6。
使用本实用新型安装架时, 用螺栓通过安装孔6将光伏发电电池8板固定安装固定隔板3上,防滑落隔板4能承受单个电池板8的重量,配重底座2降低整个支撑架的重心,并可固定于地面或屋顶,绝缘杆5安装在光伏发电电池板8背部,不仅节省材料,还起到支撑和绝缘作用,而且绝缘杆5之间的空隙可以方便工程人员在光伏发电电池板8背部安装电线接入逆变器,通过伸缩支撑杆7可以调节架体1与配重底座2之间的角度,本实用新型操作、使用方便,经济耐用。

1.一种光伏发电电池板安装架,其特征在于其包括架体(1)、设置在架体(1)下端底部且与架体(1)铰连的配重底座(2)以及设置在架体(1)和配重底座(2)侧边的伸缩支撑杆(7),所述的架体(1)底部安装2根以上的绝缘杆(5),在绝缘杆(5)上垂直的安装固定隔板(3),在两个固定隔板(3)之间安装防滑落隔板(4),在固定隔板(3)上设置安装孔(6)。
