本实用新型公开了一种光学投影机的散热结构,包括基座1,导热管2,散热片3,在基座1上设有若干个沟槽1a,沟槽1a左右交错地排列在基座1上,导热管2的一端呈弯形,且焊接在沟槽1a上,开有通孔的散热片3依次套装在导热管2上;散热片的厚度为0.20~1.2mm,相邻散热片之间的间隙为2~8mm,散热片的个数为10~100片。本实用新型的有益效果在于:开有通孔的散热片套装在导热管上,导热管的一端焊接于沟槽上,沟槽左右交错地排列在基座上,散热片的厚度为0.20~1.2mm,相邻散热片之间的间隙设为2~8mm,使LED工作时产生的热量通过导热管不断导出,导热和散热效果得到大幅度提高,有效地保证了LED的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种散热结构,尤其涉及一种光学投影机的散热结构。
背景技术
目前市场上很多光学投影机都是通过设置在投影机内部的电风扇组散热的,将光学投影机内部光学成像系统产生的热量散发出去,但是这种散热方式无法满足一些光学投影机LED发光二极管的散热要求,而散热不好往往会影响光学投影机的使用寿命和仪器性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种光学投影机的散热结构,该散热结构能满足以LED为光源的光学投影机的散热要求。
一种光学投影机的散热结构,包括基座1,导热管2,散热片3,其特征在于:在基座1上设有若干个沟槽1a,沟槽1a左右交错地排列在基座1上,导热管2的一端呈弯形,且焊接在沟槽1a上,开有通孔的散热片3依次套装在导热管2上;散热片的厚度为0.20~1.2mm,相邻散热片之间的间隙为2~8mm,散热片的个数为10~100片。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:开有通孔的散热片套装在导热管上,导热管的一端焊接于沟槽上,沟槽左右交错地排列在基座上,散热片的厚度为0.20~1.2mm,相邻散热片之间的间隙设为2~8mm,使LED工作时产生的热量通过导热管不断导出,导热和散热效果得到大幅度提高,有效地保证了LED的使用寿命。

一种光学投影机的散热结构,包括基座1,导热管2,散热片3,其特征在于:在基座1上设有若干个沟槽1a,沟槽1a左右交错地排列在基座1上,导热管2的一端呈弯形,且焊接在沟槽1a上,开有通孔的散热片3依次套装在导热管2上;散热片的厚度为0.20mm,相邻散热片之间的间隙为2mm,散热片的个数为100片。
