Abstract

一种冷库热水一体机装置,其由压缩机、三通阀换向阀、换热器、冷凝器、节流装置、蒸发器、气液分离器等组成。压缩机的出口端接有一个三通阀,一路到换热器、另一路到冷凝器,冷凝器与换热水的另一端都接在节流装置的一端,节流装置的另一端接三通阀,三通阀另一端接蒸发器与换热器,换热器与换热器另一都接在气液分离器,气液分离器的另一端接压缩机的进气口。换热器内侧装有风叶和电机,冷凝器的水侧进水口设有循环泵。能保证冷库效果,同时又能有热水可以使用,以实现能源的互补,达到节能的目的,提高了经济效益。

本实用新型涉及冷库与热水一体系统的控制装置,具体涉及一种冷库热水一体机装置。 
背景技术:
目前冷库、生活热水分别组建的数量很多,冷库、冷藏厂的冷却大多数是靠冷却塔来制冷压缩机的高温管的热量,这部分热被白白浪费,生活用的热水是靠现有最节能的空气源热泵热水器来加热的,而空气源热泵热水器的蒸发器内的低压液态制冷剂需要吸收大量的热量来达到蒸发的目的,两都独立运行存在很大的浪费。 
实用新型内容:
针对现有上述产品的技术不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种冷库热水一体机装置,其由压缩机、三通阀换向阀、换热器、冷凝器、节流装置、蒸发器、气液分离器等组成。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:压缩机的出口端接有一个三通阀,一路到换热器、另一路到冷凝器,冷凝器与换热水的另一端都接在节流装置的一端,节流装置的另一端接三通阀,三通阀另一端接蒸发器与换热器,换热器与换热器另一都接在气液分离器,气液分离器的另一端接压缩机的进气口。换热器内侧装有风叶和电机,冷凝器的水侧进水口设有循环泵。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:利用冷库制冷机组高压高温制冷管道需要散热,通过热交换管道把热量传给水,使水温上升,不需要其它能源,能保证冷库效果,同时又能有热水可以使用,以实现能源的互补,达到节能的目的,提高了经济效益。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,本实用新型产品包括压缩机1、三通换向阀2、6、冷凝器3、节流装置5、蒸发器7、气液分离器11以及工质管连接到压缩机1的进气口。其中,换热器9的第一组管路的一端接三通换向阀2的,另一端接冷凝器3与节流装置5之间的工质管上;换热器9的第二组管路的一端接三通换向阀6的,另一端接蒸发器7与气液分离器11之间的工质管上。 
如热水温度和冷库温度都不满足设定温度时,三通换向阀2和三通换向阀6都关闭,风叶风机10断开,制冷剂循环按以下循环路线运行:从压缩机1排出的高温高压的制冷剂蒸汽经过三通阀换向阀2进入冷凝器3与载冷剂换热成高压过冷液体,经节流装置5进入蒸发器7从冷库内吸热成为过气体再进入气液分离器6再回到压缩机8形成制冷制热双循环。 
如热水温度达到设定温度时,冷库温度不满足设定温度时,三通换向阀2打开和三通换向阀6关闭,风叶风机10启动,制冷剂循环按以下循环路线运行:从压缩机1排出的高温高压的制冷剂蒸汽经过三通阀换向阀2进入换热器9与空气换热成高压过冷液体,经节流装置5进入蒸发器7从冷库内吸热成为过气体再进入气液分离器6再回到压缩机8形成制冷循环。 
如热水温度不满足设定温度时,冷库温度满足设定温度时,三通换向阀2关闭和三通换向阀6打开,风叶风机10启动,制冷剂循环按以下循环路线运行:从压缩机1排出的高温高压的制冷剂蒸汽经过三通阀换向阀2进入冷凝器3与水换热成高压过冷液体,经节流装置5进入换热器9从空气中吸热成为过热气体再进入气液分离器6再回到压缩机8形成制热循环。 
如热水温度和冷库温度都满足设定温度时,压缩机停止运行。

1.一种冷库热水一体机装置,其由压缩机、三通阀换向阀、节流装置、蒸发器组成,其特征在于:压缩机的出口端接有一个三通阀,一路到换热器、另一路到冷凝器,冷凝器与换热水的另一端都接在节流装置的一端,节流装置的另一端接三通阀,三通阀另一端接蒸发器与换热器,换热器与换热器另一都接在气液分离器,气液分离器的另一端接压缩机的进气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷库热水一体机装置,其特征在于:所述的换热器内侧装有风叶和电机,冷凝器的水侧进水口设有循环泵。
