本实用新型公开了一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机,包括机头、防护罩、尾舵杆和尾舵板,机头上设置有叶片,防护罩设置在机头和尾舵杆之间,尾舵板设置在尾舵杆的后端,尾舵杆为中空,防护罩内设置有卸荷模块和卸荷电阻,卸荷模块与卸荷电阻连接,卸荷电阻塞入尾舵杆内,其优点是卸荷模块在卸荷过程产生的热量反应在卸荷电阻上,卸荷电阻上的热量通过尾舵杆散热。利用了传统风力发电机上的尾舵杆来散热,降低了生产成本。同时卸荷装置和风力发电机可以在生产时组装和调试完成。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机,尤其是涉及一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机。
背景技术
风力发电机在发电运行时,如果进行临时检修或遇到突发的自然状况如过高的风速时,需要对风力发电机进行制动以使风力发电机叶片停止转动。现有的中小型风力发电机,当遇到不可预料的大股强风时,风速仪检测到风速超过安全风速时,风力发电机会立即启动刹车。但是,在这个刹车过程中,往往因为刹车速度过快,刹车的机械部分将风机轮毂立即制动;而风叶部分往往会因为巨大的惯性继续转动,这会导致叶片折断。风力发电机的卸荷装置可以避免叶片因风速过大而被折断。传统的卸荷装置设置独立于风力发电机,使得卸荷装置需要用到独立的散热器,同时野外组装或调试比较麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机,其合理地利用了传统发电机上的部件,简化了卸荷装置的结构,降低了生产成本。在厂区就可以完成组装和调试。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机,包括机头、防护罩、尾舵杆和尾舵板,所述的机头上设置有叶片,所述的防护罩设置在机头和尾舵杆之间,所述的尾舵板设置在尾舵杆的后端,其特征在于所述的尾舵杆为中空,所述的防护罩内设置有卸荷模块和卸荷电阻,所述的卸荷模块与所述的卸荷电阻连接,所述的卸荷电阻塞入所述的尾舵杆内。
防护罩通过回转体固定在连接法兰上。
所述的尾舵杆由铝材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是卸荷模块在卸荷过程产生的热量反应在卸荷电阻上,卸荷电阻上的热量通过尾舵杆散热。利用了传统风力发电机上的尾舵杆来散热,降低了生产成本。同时卸荷装置和风力发电机可以在生产时组装和调试完成。

一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机,包括机头1、防护罩2、尾舵杆3和尾舵板4,机头1上设置有叶片5,防护罩2设置在机头1和尾舵杆3之间,尾舵板4设置在尾舵杆3的后端,尾舵杆3为中空,防护罩2内设置有卸荷模块6和卸荷电阻7,卸荷模块6与卸荷电阻7连接,卸荷电阻7塞入尾舵杆3内。防护罩2通过回转体8固定在连接法兰9上。尾舵杆3由铝材料制成。

1.一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机,包括机头、防护罩、尾舵杆和尾舵板,所述的机头上设置有叶片,所述的防护罩设置在机头和尾舵杆之间,所述的尾舵板设置在尾舵杆的后端,其特征在于所述的尾舵杆为中空,所述的防护罩内设置有卸荷模块和卸荷电阻,所述的卸荷模块与所述的卸荷电阻连接,所述的卸荷电阻塞入所述的尾舵杆内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机,其特征在于防护罩通过回转体固定在连接法兰上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种内置卸荷装置的风力发电机,其特征在于所述的尾舵杆由铝材料制成。
