目前没有公知技术的手指锻炼方法，一些手指受伤后的人员在恢复疗养时需要接受一些针对手指的康复性训练，而普通的哑铃是针对一只手或整个手腕及手臂的，对于手指来说强度太大，而且不能一根一根手指分别锻炼，在本实用新型未作出之前，无锻炼手指的手套使用，检索专利文献，无该技术的技术方案公开。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中无锻炼手指的手套的不足，本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种锻炼手指的手套，该手套为每根手指都设有独立的重物，使用者可以专门针对一根或几根手指进行锻炼，达到有效观测手指恢复状况和针对性较强的手指恢复目的。
为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由手套口、手套体、环块组成，其特征在于手套体上留有手套口，手套体的每根手指顶端都套有重1千克的环块，使用时将需要锻炼的手从手套口伸入手套体，戴好后手掌张开掌心向上，将需要锻炼的手指抬着环块向回弯曲，再慢慢伸回，如此反复锻炼即可。
