背景技术
临床内痔注射及直肠手术时，肛门内暴露不佳经常发生，一人施术操作时有困难；所以需要在原有的双叶肛门镜基础上进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的双叶肛门镜，其既保留了直肠镜的特点，又兼有自动拉钩的功能，使内痔注射和直肠手术操作简便、直观、病灶无遗露，成功率明显提高，尤其适合一人操作。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种新型的双叶肛门镜，其特征在于：双叶肛门镜的撑开叶的外缘4-5CM处有0.5CM的凸起，距外侧近端为陡面，远端为斜面。
本实用新型的积极效果是其既保留了直肠镜的特点，又兼有自动拉钩的功能，使内痔注射和直肠手术操作简便、直观、病灶无遗露，成功率明显提高，尤其适合一人操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明对本实用新型作进一步说明：如图1所示，一种新型的双叶肛门镜，其特征在于：双叶肛门镜的撑开叶1的外缘4-5CM处有0.5CM的凸起2，距外侧近端为陡面3，远端为斜面4。
使用时同原肛镜使用方法，治疗时经灭菌后，外涂碘伏，既可增加消毒功能，又能代替润滑剂，插入肛门撑开，调节固定螺丝，由于肛镜外侧增加了一周凸起2，使之固定于肛管直肠环，肛门镜不易脱出，上方口对准病灶后，调节好撑开固定螺丝，即可行注射或手术，不需助手。如需多处注射时，松开固定螺丝，肛镜双叶合拢，调整暴露角度，复行撑开，固定即可。如退出时，松开螺丝，肛镜合拢，患者休息1～2 min，即可轻松取出，无不适。
