Abstract

本实用新型是一种矩形颅骨网板，包括：网板本体；开设在所述网板本体上的矩形引流部；开设在所述网板本体上的固定部；其中，所述网板本体是钛网板，并且矩形引流部为全部或部分镂空的矩形引流槽。由于本实用新型设置了矩形引流部，有利于临床引流；由于网板本体采用钛网板，增加了颅骨网板强度，强化了对颅骨缺损部位的保护。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，特别涉及一种用于颅骨修补的矩形颅骨网板。
背景技术
颅骨网板是脑外科颅骨修补装置，通常是由有机玻璃或硅橡胶等材料制成的片状物。手术时，根据颅骨缺损大小进行裁减后安置在缺损处，四周钻孔用丝线或金属材料固定。
这类颅骨网板存在的一个突出问题是，容易积液，不利于患者康复。
这类颅骨网板的另一个突出问题是，网板强度差，不利于颅骨缺损部位的保护。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种有利于引流的矩形颅骨网板。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的，一种矩形颅骨网板，包括：网板本体；开设在所述网板本体上的矩形引流部；开设在所述网板本体上的固定部；其中，所述网板本体是钛网板。
其中，所述矩形引流部为全部或部分镂空的矩形引流槽。
其中，所述矩形引流槽有多个，且均匀分布在所述网板本体上。
其中，所述多个矩形引流槽中的每三个相邻矩形引流槽为一个引流单元，并且被布置成准三角形。
其中，所述固定部为螺钉孔。
其中，所述螺钉孔有多个，其中每三个螺钉孔被分别布置成三角形的三个顶点，且至少两个螺钉孔分别位于两个相邻引流单元的中心。
其中，所述网板本体的表面硬度：≥150HV10。
相对于现有技术，本实用新型具有如下技术效果：
1、由于本实用新型设置了矩形引流部，有利于临床引流；
2、由于本实用新型的网板本体采用钛网板，增加了颅骨网板强度，强化了对颅骨缺损部位的保护。

具体实施方式
图1显示了本实用新型的矩形颅骨网板的示意性结构，如图1所示，本实用新型的矩形颅骨网板包括：网板本体1，属于一种片状物；开设在网板本体1上的矩形或长条形引流部2；以及开设在所述网板本体1上的固定部3，用来将网板本体1固定到颅骨上。
本实用新型的重要特点是，在网板本体1上设置用来引流以便消除积液的矩形引流部2。此外，本实用新型的另一个特点是，网板本体1为钛网板，以便强化对颅骨缺损部位的保护。
上述矩形引流部为网板本体1上镂空的矩形引流槽，该引流槽可以全部镂空或部分镂空。
本实用新型的矩形引流槽可以有多个，且均匀分布在所述网板本体上。如图1所示，多个矩形引流槽中的每三个相邻矩形引流槽为一个引流单元，并且被布置成准三角形。
本实用新型的固定部为固定网板的螺钉孔，螺钉孔有多个，其中每三个螺钉孔被分别布置成三角形的三个顶点，且至少两个螺钉孔分别位于两个相邻引流单元的中心。
本实用新型的网板本体的表面硬度：≥150HV10，其中，HV10是一种硬度单位，HV是维式硬度，10表示公斤载荷力。
本实用新型的颅骨网板采用GB/T13810中规定的具有良好强度和生物相容性的TA2材料制造，矩形颅骨网板便于塑形，便于临床引流；成型后不易扭断，手感极佳。

网板本体；
开设在所述网板本体上的矩形引流部；
开设在所述网板本体上的固定部；
其中，所述网板本体是钛网板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颅骨网板，其特征在于，所述矩形引流部为全部或部分镂空的矩形引流槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的颅骨网板，其特征在于，所述矩形引流槽有多个，且均匀分布在所述网板本体上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的颅骨网板，其特征在于，所述多个矩形引流槽中的每三个相邻矩形引流槽为一个引流单元，并被布置成准三角形。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的颅骨网板，其特征在于，所述固定部为螺钉孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的颅骨网板，其特征在于，所述螺钉孔有多个，其中每三个螺钉孔被分别布置成三角形的三个顶点，且至少两个螺钉孔分别位于两个相邻引流单元的中心。
7.根据权利要求1所述的颅骨网板，其特征在于，所述网板本体的表面硬度：≥150HV10。
